I replaced my older non-stick pans with cast iron to reduce PFAS in my kitchen. I used the flat pan for pancakes for the first time with a silicone cooking utensils and it was surprisingly easy - non-stick quality is great, the size of the flat griddle was awesome for pancakes on a gas stove which didn't burn, and the pan didn't scratch and was easy to clean with water. This seems like a very basic set of cookware and will likely suit all my non-stick cooking needs. It's great that they came pre-seasoned; I didn't notice any water spots or corrosion after cleaning.
