I have been using Kirkland brand parchment for years but thought I'd try this brand and avoid a trip to Costco. I have a small business selling decorated sugar cookies so I go through a good amount while baking. I was wary at first as it is a bit thinner than Kirkland's paper, but it worked out great. I use parchment paper. almost everyday. There are times I use foil, depending on what I’m making. Personally I prefer parchment paper. What I like mazed is that it comes in a 90 sq foot roll. All the grocery stores in my area carry parchment paper but I’ve never seen it in bigger than a 35 ft.² roll, which is fine but I just run out pretty quickly so having a bigger role as much more convenient for me. Part of that is because I have to use a wheelchair or a walker. I don’t drive much and the longer something last the last I have to worry about it. Last night I need air fryer roasted chicken wings. They were delicious and I used the parchment paper. They did stick a little bit, but I didn’t spray it because I had just read that parchment paper was nonstick. For the most part it was, but that’s why I took one star off. Overall, I am totally pleased with this product and I will buy it again. It’s the time saver and the money saver for me.
