I’ve had 2 of these now. My first one had some technical errors where it would randomly beep and lock on its own. Amazon made it right and sent another and no issues. It would be nice if it was Alexa enabled or if I was able to connect to an app for it, but overall it works and we don’t have to worry about forgetting keys and locking ourselves out ... show more

New construction - I purchased three locks for my exterior entry doors and one of them the 5 does not light up. No way to contact the seller? While the lock is nice I was disappointed after install the number 5 does not light up.
