The only issue is the instructions - they’re visual alphabetic instructions. It was pretty easy to figure out, but annoying at first. They do have YouTube videos for back up. Great look. Easy to install. I was able to do it in about 15 minutes. I'm a woman. The instructions are easy to read and also extremely easy to set up a passcode. Overall I've been using it for about a month and I love it. This is a great lock especially if you forget your keys in the house.

The product seems like it is of vertical good quality. The feel and looks of the metal material is great. The rubber buttons could be better. They are a little hard to push and feel cheap. It does look good overall. We’ve used it for a week now, without any issues. It needs 4 AA batteries, which are not included in the package. We had it installed by a professional, so I’m not sure how easy/difficult it was to have it installed. The door needs to be perfectly aligned for it to work properly. ... show more

I’ve bought two of these. The first one I thought that because it was an open box item that the value wasn’t worth it. So I ordered a second one installed it and it wouldn’t work. It would except my password, but it won’t lock the door when you press the button it won’t unlock the door when you enter the code. I’ve tried two of these now I’m going to be ordering another kind a different brand and returning this piece of garbage ASAP ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love it! It was easy to install (all things considered) but probably took me a solid 30 min to an hour to install. But it works great and I am happy with my purchase!!!

This lock looks nice and is easy to lock/unlock with the keypad. Price is reasonable as compared to competitor offerings. The manual is most frustrating! It is a thick booklet without any table of contents. The initial pages list the components and how to program the lock in several languages but there are no installation instructions! Who cares about how the lock works when it is not yet installed!!!??? We had to look through various YouTube videos and use trial and error to install the lock. It is only after we installed the lock that I noticed the installation instructions start at p.71! Why would they have installation instructions at the back after listing the components and programming instructions in 4 languages. It would be much more logical to have components list, installation and programming instructions in English, then in French, etc. We probably would have finished the installation much sooner had we known about the installation instructions at the back. I am subtracting a star from my rating due to poorly organized instructions manual. ... show more
