Ordered a total of 15 dummy, 8 passage, and 6 privacy handles… shipment ended up being short a few items, but Amazon customer service was great in helping with that issue. However the major problem is that the majority of the handles were damaged in some sense (especially the dummy handles) which is unfortunate when you’re expecting a brand new product. Black paint was chipped in spots on some, others had paint dripped, and others looked like they had paint touched up. Out of my entire order ELEVEN items had obvious damage, so I needed to return & then rebuy them, only to once again sort through and pick out the damaged ones I received as replacements and yet again return & rebuy until I had the correct amount of nondamaged handles. Most every handle had superfine scratches to some extent, but I know that’s going to happen overtime with use so I didn’t even consider that as “obvious”. Needless to say, their quality control is AWFUL, and I’m hesitant to think the handles are going to last well based on the majority of their condition straight from the factory. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere, or at least buy double what you need because after inspection, you’ll probably return half. ... show more
