Yoga Sprout cotton gowns are super comfortable and cozy and feature playful patterns for sweet dreams. An elastic band at the bottom and a lap neck make dressing and diaper changes simple. Based on customer feedback, we would like to share size recommendations for you. Our preemie gowns are suitable for preemies and newborns from 6 to 9 pounds. Our 0-6 month gowns run a bit larger so they can last you up until your baby turns 6 months old. Our gowns are made of 100% cotton, so some shrinking should be expected.

We bought these for our newborn after trying the size 0-6 & them being too big. The premie/newborn size still fits him at a month old. I love them for diaper changes at night so we don’t have to move him too much. The mittens on the ends of the arms keep him from scratching his face too!
