First of all, I would say that in my opinion, this seems to be commercial grade quality to me. It is super strong. Now that it is install I can lift my entire fat but with just one railing and it does not budge. Now, installing this will be your challenge. The studs in our walls did not work for the railings. So we had to make some decorative 2x6 would pieces and run them horizontally across multiple studs on each wall next to the toilet to have something strong enough to fasten the railing to on each side of the toilet. Now that they are installed, they are rock solid. As long as you keep in mind the need for something solid to mount to, you will not be disappointed with these. I've bought 5 of these safety grab bars because I recently broke my ankle and I've been too afraid to step into our tub/shower, which we are remodeling now. These are the same quality as you'll find in a big box store or on a specialty website; I don't know how this can be so beautifully made and quickly shipped for such a low price.
