    • They were duds and did not grow. Too old maybe.
I planted all the bulbs and they had to be old. No one of them came up. Very disappointed. Out of 100 not one matured or grew at all. When I dug a few up they fell apart. They were too old when shipped to me. Not happy at all.

Liked the variety of sizes (heights) and the colors. Since they haven't actually bloomed yet (have to wait for spring in Nevada) they all came in separate packages so I could place them in a variety of rows. Excited to see the final results.

I got the bulbs slightly later than expected. They seemed to be in overall mediocre shape (bruises, discoloration/light mottling on most of the bulbs themselves, several husks/shells that raised some concerns), but not an absolute immediate write-off. Definitely NOT looking anything close to fresh, vibrant, and raring to go as other reviews described though. The anemones were completely molded before I even opened my package. both packets. I know sometimes Anemones are prone to surface-level mold/mildew and can still pull through, so I still took the gamble to start them (in their own isolated container), and they only seem to be succumbing regardless while all the others have no mold. Some of the bulbs were all dried out and some were starting to sprout.

I have just planted these in my garden. some are sprouting now, I'm sure the rest will given time. I have no issue with these at all. however, the cats and squirrels, seem to like to dig them up. so, I had to purchase a Cat deterrent, which is working. the squirrels, well I don't know.
