I bought this to replace a machine I had for years. Very disappointed. This machine never made a hot drink for me. I would have to microwave my latte afterwards. the machine only lasted 2 months and then completely stopped working.

It’s average….I have used several espresso machines and all are about the same but this one had some issues. It made great espresso and the milk steamer works appropriately. But it takes longer to warm up at the start and in between espresso shots. The top on the milk container does not stick appropriately or latch so easily comes off when handling. It’s initially difficult getting used to putting the milk container in place on the espresso machine. The buttons are in an odd spot and it’s touch controlled so I hit the buttons every time I try to put the espresso cup in the machine. ... show more

Thought the milk frothing could be better , also the milk does not heat well enough I have to warm milk first before pouring inside the milk reserve. Not in love with this machine if I could return it I would of , but I through out the box
