The quality is much better than I expected...it doesn't look cheap, nice color and sturdy. However, it's a bit heavier than 12oz which the description claims. It's 17oz (see photo.) If you live in a windy area and looking for a sturdy one, I highly recommend it. I was looking for a lighter one, otherwise, I'd definitely take it!!

Amazing that someone had not thought of the upside down umbrella years ago. So nice to be able to enter your car in a heavy rain and not get soaked trying to close your umbrella.

The umbrella is spectacular. It is better than the picture it is well made and strong. When you come inside your house your umbrella will not wet anything. The water stays inside and evaporates. I would not call the umbrella compact..
