I've only had this bed for a few nights and I love it! I like the programable memory positions. The motor is pretty quiet. Assembly was easy but you will need help, it is heavy.

The package came very quick and was packaged properly. When opening one of the bed frames, there were four items missing from the order. It took a few emails and about two weeks the missing parts arrived, but there was a major snow storm across the country at the time.
