Comfort level? Ok let’s be honest, you get what you pay for. It’s obviously not gonna be the most comfortable futon. However, it is still comfortable to hangout on. There is a zipper. You can always add more padding to fit your liking. You can work with it. I think the price was perfect! Yes, I am gonna get more padding to put into it, but I’m not holding it against the product. You get what you pay for, and for about $120, this checks out. It does look like the product photo, but it’s a lot flatter. I added some more stuffing to the cushions and that helped a lot. I wouldn’t recommend getting this for the sole purpose of having someone sleep on it, it’s really not comfortable enough for that, however it’s a great affordable option for some extra seating in a small space. UPDATE 6/16/25: Bumping my score up to three stars. The seller actually reached out to me and offered a resolution to the damage and they were very fast and courteous in their response. While I still have issues with the futon in terms of design, I can vouch for the integrity of this seller. I'd buy from them again if I find something more suitable. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It's an okay futon. I would give it four stars but it's very much on the small side and it doesn't really have great cushioning. I wouldn't seriously consider using this as a bed unless you're smaller than 5'6" and have a topper for it. Otherwise, the material feels good and it looks pretty nice. That being said, I'm only giving it two stars because when I took it out of the box prior to assembly, I found that three of the screws had sheared off on one of the hinges on the underside of the couch. While I don't think this would affect it's load bearing capabilities once the middle legs are installed, it still shouldn't have happened. Just to be on the safe side, I put new screws into the hinge and opted to use longer wood screws in place of the short, stubby ones that were provided. Even then, I feel like the hinges are a pretty hokey design choice and they should've used some kind of interlocking plastic dovetail or metal tabs to join the two halves instead. ... show more

Very comfortable, easy to put together, looks just like the picture, but if I’m being honest the back rest doesn’t adjust a easy as it looks in the video but they still adjust the same but the video makes it look easier than it is, the armrests adjust really well, 10/10 would highly recommend!!

I am happy with my purchase, considering its price, it’s cheap and fit for purpose of my apartment with small area. It’s a bit hard on bottom though. When it lays flat, it’s a twin bed, good for a guest to stay overnight comfortably. It will be ok If I need move and can’t take it, won’t lose much. Good for apartments/dorm. Very easy to assemble. Cushions recovered from vacuum seal fast and became nice and fluffy. Had 6 college kids use it for the weekend and it held up great! Great size and works great in a small space - nice place for a guest to sleep when you don’t have a guest room.
