Most of them work just fine, some of them come off very easy however the Neutrogena patches surpass the other brands by a long shot for their effectiveness, thickness, and stickiness! Just to give you an idea of how well they stick I put one on the back of my shoulder one time when a little bump popped up and I showered three times before I remember that patch was even there and it was still hanging on strong LOL and actually still kind of hurt a little when I went to pull it off because it was stuck on there so well so if you're looking for a patch that sticks and holds up through a long work day, swimming, working out, Etc then I would highly recommend Neutrogena brand! Yes they are a bit pricey and you don't get near as many patches but you won't need as many because they actually stay on😉 ... show more

I never comment on the products... I just see the comments, I was discredited that this product would work. But it works, unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture before and after. I had a huge pimple on my nose for 3 days, it was red and very swollen, it was feeling like a circus clown. The product arrived in the morning about 11 a.m., I put it on and stayed until about 8 p.m., the redness disappeared; the night I changed and slept with a dry dawn. If the product does not want to paste BM soak the tip of your finger and apply on top of the product will make it adhere better on your skin. I'm sorry for my beginner's English. ... show more

I love Neutrogena products but this one doesn’t really work. I put it on my pimple and the next day the pimple looks the same.

I can wear these during the day or overnight and they always help. I would definitely recommend these for pimples under the skin, they help bring the pimple head to the surface.
