The tabletop fountain I used for a few years on my covered porch finally died and looking for another has been difficult! They're either too small, too expensive, not enough ambience to create the look and sound that I want, or they're just plain ugly. This fountain is perfect! It's a nice decent size, I love the 3 separate bowls the water flows in, it has a LED light that creates a wonderful light effect at night, the pump is completely silent making the sound of the water trickling completely relaxing. It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. I bought the additional warranty as well so I'm comfortable with this purchase if something goes wrong with it. I use it outside on a table right outside my living room window (I have a covered porch so the fountain is safe from the elements) and I can hear it when the window is open, plus the birds enjoy drinking out of it! In winter I'll bring it in and use it in my bedroom, so as you can see I enjoy a good water fountain and amI'm extremely pleased with this one - I highly recommend! ... show more

Very nice table fountain! After reading all good and bad reviews I decided to give this one a try. Love the height, the four tier and how much water flows. I decided to decorate it with some river rocks and plastic water plants to give it a little life. We all look for a nice and relaxing water noise right? Well, for me this one meets my needs! Love it! Note: If you put more water than needed you'll notice the leaking through the compartment where the pump is. Play with the water until you figure it out. Also, I noticed that without the rocks it splashes water a little bit, but with the rocks it doesn't splash not even a tiny bit. ... show more

Simple setup. I have it on my covered lanai and it runs 24/7. The light burned out fairly quickly, but that’s okay. It was kinda bluish and I didn’t really care for that aspect anyway. The fountain makes a great sound! Very calming but loud enough to be heard outside. It splashes quite a bit so must be topped off daily. I like the simplicity of the design and the size is just right for the table it sits on. I took off one star because it died after 18 months. I liked the waterfall splashing noise from this fountain and didn't find it too loud. It's also very easy to set up. On the down side this product is poorly manufactured - within a year the housing on the adapter feeding the pump cracked for no apparent reason . I tried patching it but it didn't hold - the crack widened rendering it impossible/dangerous to plug in and rendering the entire business useless. For the price I expected it to last a longer. DO IT!! Love this fountain. It has become a staple of peace in my home. It’s perfect for end table topper. You can adjust the water flow. Comes with some rocks but I added raw crystals into mine as well. I’ve had this fountain for about 7 mos and the power plug fell apart. I didn’t have high hopes bc it had been so long, but I contacted Apline and just asked if I could please purchase a replacement plug/ transformer thing. They sent me a whole new transformer plug and pump at no charge. They were responsive and kind as well. Just a bang up job on customer service. Above and beyond in my opinion. ... show more

I chose this fountain compared to one 1/3 of the price because of the style, stream sound, and ability to control the flow. However, when I unopened it and tried to assemble, the parts did not match what was described in the instructions. I was able to get it to work, but it was not as advertised— there was no device to control the flow and only one flow possible. the set up was also super awkward and confusing.     • Alpine: Come for the Fountain...Stay for the Customer Service!

I purchased this Alpine water fountain a little over half a year ago and I do not regret my purchase in the least. I love everything about it: the look, the color, the size, and the easy assembly. So, I recently began to notice a little chipping of the finish, as well as some surface water discoloration. Not to be dismayed, I contacted Alpine customer service, with a best-case scenario in my head that they would either recommend some spray paint or repair kit for a DIY job or perhaps direct me to a local refinishing shop in my area. Well, after responding to their initial reply with the requested pics of the aforementioned issues with the fountain and my full address, I could've been knocked over with a feather when they replied the very next day that they were sending me a replacement fountain of the same model and that it should be arriving in 3 to 5 days! Not only that but also there was no need for me to send them my fountain and I should keep it for spare parts! Was I dreaming or what?! I hadn't experienced this level of customer since I lived in NJ and received full-service fill-ups at the gas stations there! Oh, how I miss those days, but I digress. Lol Talk about a win/win scenario: a beautiful water fountain and the best customer service one could ask for. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere, anytime soon! Great little fountain! Quiet motor, nice water sounds. I added some decorative rocks to it. The pump is set to half speed in my video, which is perfect. I will say it had an overwhelming chemical smell straight out of the box. Since I’m using mine outside, it wasn’t a big deal. However, if I was using this inside I’m not sure I could handle that smell. Maybe you could air it out outside and it would be ok? Anyway, I love it; great fountain for the price. ... show more
