For the price this is definitely 5 stars all day. The sound is great, and the quality of the sub and amp are great as well. It was definitely worth the money. And the bass? The bass is awsome, makes my SUV shake and raddles anything around it. Works better then expected. Just remember a lot of people that give something like this a bad review is because they have a crap radio/stereo and/or speakers, that came stock. Especially if it only has a tape deck lol, so they cant make extra adjustments to the sub that you can with a after market stereo. So there not getting all the full experience of this subwoofer and what it can really do. Last if you will use your sub often or for long periods of time i would recommend buying your own replacement power cords. They give you 8awg wire which does work. And will get you buy if you don’t use it a whole lot or for long periods of time like 1.5 hours or more. Maybe less if you have it really bumping. I would recommend going and buying yourself some 4awg and running that through instead, or at least splice some 4awg wire in to replace some of the 8. For those who don’t know the number represents the thickness of the wire, the smaller the number the thicker the wire. Higher number means smaller gauge. With thicker wire your amp will not over heat so easily if at all. Helps protect your amp, and keeps your bass going. Also more wire means more power is being brought to your amp/sub.     • Heavenly sound but get it professionally installed.
Holy hell these sound amazing. I got these installed in my Nissan versa and the sound is truly awesome. 1500Ws is plenty to make these babies purr. I suggest mounting the subs to your frame for the best experience. Unfortunately, the install guide is written at an advanced level and you should understand basic circuits before attempting an install. ... show more

These are so popular that no matter where you look you're going to get mixed results. This is what I found when I was researching into what I could get for the lowest price, and I still don't feel like I could have gotten a much better deal. The wiring kit isn't the worst. The sub enclosure is pretty good, the subs themselves are definitely budget but still not bad. Overall everything included is relatively cheap, but you can't expect too much from a straightforward all inclusive kit for beginners. And it allows you to develop more knowledge in subwoofers ... show more

This system would probably be really good if you wanted to listen to music for 10 minutes. The wire that is sent with it is the wrong wire, and the amp shuts off after a short period of time. Go with a different system

Good entry level system sounds pretty decent across many genres. Would have gotten a 5 star but i didnt get a sticker with it. Been in my expedition for almost a week, will update review at later date. A year later and still bumping

I'll be honest the subs sound great !!!!!! But the amp is far inadequate for them , it constantly over heats and shuts off eveey 10 minutes due due design. The amp might be good for your factory system but not for pushing subs...get a different one , you'll be happier.

Love it, hits great, only problem is when I ordered it I was expecting a 1200w amp... it came with a 1100W amp instead, but still hits great, haven't blown them out yet ;P
