Bolts came loose and lost one on maybe the 34th hole of use. My fault for not checking before and after each round. Does help turning a bit but bumpy conditions throw it off course and tends to veer with the slope. Put the original single wheel back on for now. May not go back

    • Drilling on older Clicgear model
Nice quality…what you would expect I guess. I have the older Clicgear cart (2009 I think) so it required drilling. If you’re handy it’s easy but I could see where it would be a problem for some. Also, the directions aren’t great…over simplified, not enough information, and the provided pictures are much too small. For example, the brake will no longer work so it would have been helpful for the directions to say that. The directions only said to cut the cable (so it no longer works) and put the end of the not working cable into a hole in the kit designed only to hold the end of a not working brake cable. I thought it would be better to provide directions on removing the brake cable and handle entirely and explaining why the break is actually not necessary with this set up. You would think for $90. The directions would be much better. ... show more

Makes the Clicgear 4 work much better with the V2. Glad I bought it. I would say check the hardware and tighten as needed. I had the swivel cross bar come loose about mid round on my 3 round. I would make sure every thing is tightened before initial use. I did not give it 5 stars as this seems to be a bit of issue with Alphard products, i.e. fit and finish not the greatest. ... show more

    • Less stress on my back
I love my new little toy lol, it gives me less stress on my back especially when going uphill. I’d suggest getting the swivel conversion front wheels if you don’t have swivel wheels but it’s not needed, it just makes turning in a tighter radius easier

If you have the Alphred Golf Caddy on your three wheel Clic Gear cart you're already having issues turning the cart around the tee box. So bite the bullet and get the swivel kit. After 25 rounds without this and now 12 more with it I am so happy I made the purchase. Tried to order direct from Alphard but for some reason their site wouldn't let me. Went to Amazon and had the kit the next day with free shipping. The install was easy with clear directions. Took all of 10 minutes to complete. After a few rounds I removed the old brake cable and lever making the install even cleaner. ... show more

    • Makes the cart operate better, but also takes up more space in the trunk of the car
If you have a clicgear with a fixed front wheel, I would say the $90+ to get these swivel wheels are well worth it. The cart move more smoothly with a tighter turn radius, and has slightly more weight up front to avoid doing a back-flip when going up a steep hill.
