One of my husband’s golf foursome bought this and started a trend. Everyone else wanted one too after seeing the performance level of this cart. My husband has often skipped walking the local course because it is very hilly and can be exhausting and difficult to carry his bag as he has gotten older. He is thrilled to be walking again with the Omni Cart because it handles hills and rough terrain without difficulty. It did take some time to assemble the booster & cart and there were some frustrating moments with the directions not being super clear, but in about an hour he had it going with enough charge to try it out on our big hill in the yard and tool around the entire house with ease & no tipping or other issues. He mentioned that other reviewers had complaints about finding small, random plastic pieces in the box, which he found too, and he never did determine what they might be. They looked to be scraps from production, but it’s never great to wonder if you have a product broken on arrival. Turns out all was fine. He highly recommends spending the money if you want to enjoy walking (and playing with a remote control cart at the same time). The only consideration is that it is somewhat heavy and might be difficult for some to get in and out of a trunk. It fits nicely in the back of our SUV and opens easily but is a bit bulky.

This is an awesome auto cart as good as anything I've seen for a lot more $$. I walk a lot on courses that have a good bit of elevation (500+ Ft over 6-7 miles). The cart handles everything with ease. and is easily controlled with the remote. I've not tested it beyond 18 holes yet, but on my normal courses it barely uses 2 of the 5 dots that measure battery. The rear has a nice wide stance, which makes it particularly stable on uneven, rough ground. It has several walking speeds from very slow to very fast. Easily controlled with the remote. it stops and stays, even on a hill. If parked on a hill, it will roll just a bit, then stop. it also has a brake, which I've never had to use to keep it in place. I love being able to park it around the green and not have to go get it when done putting, I just send it on its way and meet it where I want to.

Great overall. I think the best value out there. Its wide base makes it quite stable on side hills. On the steepest of slopes it will lose traction and you have to gently (and effortlessly) help it up the hill but overall great. I play a course in a mountainous area and it generally seems very well suited for the hills. I can’t imagine another design that would work meaningfully better. Not the most straightforward to assemble but if you take it slow and follow the video it’s not too bad. Easy to break down and throw in a car. After a couple rounds with it I’d definitely recommend it.

The V2+ Omni Cart has been the best upgrade I ever made to my golf game. The ability to walk any course and not having to push a cart for 18 holes alleviates all stress and tension from shoulders, arms and legs. You can causally walk your pace all while your cart can be easy maneuvered to your ball. Everything you need comes with the order as a complete kit. Easy to put together in a matter of a few minutes. If you’re thinking about buying one, I definitely recommend it… it’s worth the investment.

I purchased this electric caddy bundle on May 13 and paid for expedited delivery specifically to use it for a scheduled golf round on May 16. The package arrived — missing parts. Unusable. Alphard Golf sent a second box. Also missing parts. Still unusable. I was asked multiple times to photograph and lay out every single component on the floor, repack, and resubmit. I complied every time. It's time-consuming, frustrating, and frankly — the customer shouldn't be doing QC for the seller. Here's what I received in response to every follow-up: "I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience." "Your case has been escalated to our higher team." "I will get back to you right away." Verbatim. Every single time. No firm date. No resolution. No action. I specifically asked: "Please just give me a firm delivery date." The response? Another apology. [UPDATE — June 5, 2026: Still no parts. Now returning.] After nearly two weeks of the same loop, they finally connected me with their actual fulfillment partner — a 3PL called PIS Fulfilment. I thought this meant progress. It didn't. It meant starting completely over from scratch — the same basic questions, the same information I'd already provided multiple times. Another week gone. Three weeks total. Still no missing parts. The caddy I bought in mid-May is sitting in my living room — untouched, unusable. At this point, I have no desire to even use it anymore. I am returning it. Full timeline: 🛒 May 13: Ordered. Paid expedited shipping fee. 📦 May 14: Shipped. Arrived with missing parts — missed May 16 golf round. 🔄 Week 1–2: Second box sent. Also missing parts. Submitted photos multiple times. Endless apologies, zero action. 🤝 ~Week 2: Finally escalated to 3PL fulfillment partner (PIS Fulfilment) — process restarted from zero. ❌ June 5 (Week 3+): Still no parts. Initiating return. What I lost: Expedited shipping fee — wasted Multiple golf rounds — missed Hours spent photographing, repacking, re-communicating 3+ weeks owning an expensive, completely non-functional product To be fair — their CS representative worked hard and followed up consistently. That person did their job. The failure is entirely operational and systemic. If your 3PL fulfillment partner is causing this level of dysfunction, replace them immediately. If you can't control your own supply chain, you shouldn't be selling a premium product at this price point on Amazon. This is, without question, the worst purchase experience I have had on Amazon. If you're considering this product: be aware that if anything is wrong with your order, resolution may take weeks — or never come at all. [UPDATE — June 2026]: After this review was posted, Alphard's representative Peter reached out personally, took full ownership of the situation, and made things right. The matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. Updating from 1 star to 3 stars to reflect the eventual resolution — the initial experience was a genuine failure, but their effort to make it right deserves acknowledgment. If you run into issues, escalate beyond the front-line CS team.

I really like this bundle. Although the Club Booster V2Pro can be fitted to several brand name carts, it matches perfectly with the Omni Cart here. The aluminum cart is sturdy and very light - can be folded and put away with ease. The single front wheel lets the cart easily turn on a dime and contributes to battery efficiency. The V2Pro is strong and silent and maintains constant speed up or down inclines and the gyroscope maintains a steady course. I like the fact that the V2Pro and Omni cart are a modular construct - there are no wires running through the cart to the wheels and battery that could possibly get damaged. Replacement battery, parts and accessories are available from Alphard. All the weight is in the wheels, about 20lbs, but the cart is sturdy, stable and solid - a pleasure to operate. I feel much fresher not pushing a cart all over the course, especially since it's getting warmer as summer approaches. Lastly, the Alphard CBV2 app works as a backup should you misplace your remote.
