Solid Product
Item Package Quantity: 4
Color: 24"-grey(white Legs)
Great customer service. There was a hardware piece missing from one of the parts. Not great on the phone but very prompt in their responses via email and helpful. They shipped the part out, communicated the tracking information, and I had it within two weeks. The chairs are relatively easy to put together, although it took two of us. The parts are pretty darn tight which made for a sturdy end product. They are also comfortable and look great. Fit nicely under the counter out of the west and are light weight for easy lifting. I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

Very happy with this purchase
Item Package Quantity: 4
Color: 24"-beige(white Legs)
We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of these chairs. We didn’t have any of the problems that others mentioned. My husband had no problems putting them together but suggests using better tools than the ones that came in the box. He used a power drill and a hex wrench with a handle. They’re comfortable and look great with our kitchen renovation.

Great quality for the price…

Color: 24"-beige(linen Fabric)
I found these very easy to put together. They look great and work as they should. I would suggest when putting the wooden dowels in to apply a little candle wax or something to the outside of them so you can seat them well. Some are a pretty tight fit and if you don’t use the appropriate tool, you can sure break one off like I did.

Comfortable chair, assuming you can assemble it
Item Package Quantity: 1
Color: 24"-beige(linen Fabric)
This looks wonderful in our kitchen island. It fits right in with the decor and holds a surprising amount of weight. The downside is that it's a crap shoot what kind of chair quality you'll get. The first couple weren't too bad to assemble, but our 3rd was absolute nightmarish. Two of the four wooden dowels were oversized (or the hole was undersized) and required a bit of sanding/mallet to get into position. Getting the seat attached was even worse as the holes for the bolts were off by enough it made them difficult to get in. It took way more strength than was necessary to assemble. Even in the cross-brace pieces they would barely fit and the set for the screws was rickety inside the drilled out area for it. If you encounter any sort of resistance, check the alignment of the screw holes. Wonderful chair if you get a good one, but what should of taken maybe 10-15 minutes to assemble ended up taking an hour for sanding, alignment, and a whole lot of sweat and arm strength to get completed.

Shoddy manufacture.

Color: 24"-grey(pu Leather)
Some screws not long enough to secure wooden legs. Metal frame would be more stable. This is my first negative review on Amazon.
