First bike carrier we found that works with daughter’s bike and the frame shape. Love the gold away (won’t use this with bikes actually attached). Ease of getting to the trunk with fold and tilt away is nice!

Very pleased with this bike rack. Had a similar bike rack but a different brand for several years, this one is more compact and does not wobble. The straps work really well, so much easier than the rubber knobs on my previous rack. Hold 3 bikes easily without being overly large or awkward

Nice rack for 3 bikes. Heavy but easy to use and I love the no-tool installation. I struggle a bit with the tie down straps but they hold the bikes securely. Like the fold down feature but does not go quite far enough to put tailgate down on my F150.

Easy three bolt assembly. The "quick install" spring loaded pin works great when installing the rack, however, when removing the rack you have to simultaneously push the pin in, with something... (don't use your finger or it might get smashed) while pulling the rack out of the receiver hitch. Sounds simple, but it was awkward. (My hitch is tucked well under the bumper and this might add to the awkwardness in my case. It may be easier to access the pin for you.) However, holding the pin in far enough and long enough to pull the rack out of the receiver is the main issue here. Finally, for me anyway, this isn't a three bike rack,. The hanging bikes can swing a lot and they are super crowded. I returned mine. ... show more

This is my second of this type bike rack. The most recent one is much more rigid in the mount due to the tightening feature for the hitch receiver - a big improvement over the previous one. The one negative I've observed is with the black nylon retaining straps for the individual bike mounts. These straps are not nearly as heavy as the straps on my previous purchase. The lighter straps are more flimsy, making them more difficult to tighten and loosen in the buckles. As a result, I had one of the straps set loosen while hauling a bike - this never happened in years of use of the previous bike rack. ... show more

Easy to assemble, requiring about 30-40 minutes. Adequate but if you are expecting heavy duty, it is lightweight and slightly flimsy. The space between bikes is quite slim and doesn't leave much clearance. It will be great for 1 or 2 bikes.

This bike rack broke on our very first trip. The company does not care, nor will they make it right. We were lucky to have made it home without losing our bikes on the highway.
