I received my All Clad 5 piece set today. I have wanted some good quality stainless steel pans for a long time. I have to say that I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! these pans. I made my first steak with bourbon and pepper corn and it was amazing, the crust on the steak was right restaurant quality and so was the sauce. I am also very very happy that I got the pans for 56% off!!! They had a couple of tiny scratches but nothing they aren’t going to get from using them often. I used the frying pan a few times a week for less than two months and it already developed pitting in a dozen spots even though I maintain it meticulously. All-clad refuses to honor the lifetime warranty. Not worth the money.

I researched proper heating of cooking oils and proper cooking temps. I have had no issues with this cookware whatsoever! We were notified by Amazon earlier this year that All Clad lost a class action lawsuit for advertising that these pans are dishwasher safe when they are not! They develop "sharp edges" due to acid in dish washing soap dissolving the aluminum layer. I am shocked to see that Amazon is still advertising these as dishwasher safe! ... show more
