Easy to put together. FedEx delivered to wrong address. But person brought it. They said driver saw them bring it then came back and took pic as if he actually delivered. Package was also open. Other than FedEx suck...it's a good table.

Nothing came damaged, which was my biggest concern, so that was pleasant. With two of us, it took maybe 30-45 minutes to throw together. It’s a little wobbly on the hardwood so I might have to put a rug underneath it. Both of my toddlers on separate occasions have fallen off the bench from it tipping but it’s probably a combination of the wobble plus them not being careful. My only gripe (which is 100% my fault for not considering the dimensions) is the fact that it’s rather short. I’m 5’2 and I used to use my high top table as a standing work space when cooking, and this table is just too short for me to use like that. Oh well. It works for what we need it for otherwise and the benches fitting under the table is a HUGE plus in my book, as my kitchen is rather small.

It was the easiest assembly ever, it's sturdy and the size I'd recommend for someone who lives in a small place or has a smaller sized kitchen. It doesn't take up much room, the seats can be placed under the table. I'd recommend for less thick peoeple just because the seats are a bit smaller and comfortability wise. If you are on the heavier side I wouldn't recommend sharing the bench just because they are a bit smaller.

The table top consists of a piece of pressed mdf coated with plastic barely thicker than cling wrap, but brittle. The table and chairs went together easily, with no problems at all with instructions, parts, or assembly. It was level and stable. The chair seats are inexpensive-looking but the chairs are nice enough. There are a few areas where the black finish on the metal parts is a little thin or irregular, but we would have been pleased enough with the size and look of this dining set for a temporary, short-term apartment. But when we finished putting it together and picked up the table to move it, the coating cracked, as pictured. It can only get worse, with any use. Inspecting it very closely, there's a worn spot on another table corner, probably where it rubbed on some cardboard in transit. It appears likely that even wiping off this table after a couple of meals would be more "wear and tear" than this product could hold up to. This flawed, cheap, trash finish destroys what could otherwise be an adequate set that's attractive enough but certainly not something to buy.
