The media could not be loaded. At first I gave the seller a single star, and that was Because of my lack of knowledge in certain areas. I thought that my computer was only getting 2.9 GHz when they stated that it was a 4.8 GHz computer in their ad. I complained about it and they answered right away, and we had a little back-and-forth conversation and they instantly offered me a return and a full refund, which I’m so glad I didn’t do! Apparently the Alienware will over clock your computer to what it needs. I was getting a very easy 4.6 GHz while gaming and did not experience any overheating! I LOVE my new desktop and I’m so thankful for the seller’s patience and owning up to MY MISTAKE!! You can’t beat that kind of service, and the desktop is worth every penny for sure! Those who complained about the computer probably over clocked it, forgot to make other adjustments for voltage, fan speed etc. ( something you don’t even need to do unless you play the top graphically demanding games in the world, on the highest settings, and plan on doing it for six or more hours continuously) . ! Absolutely love this PC! Ive had it for a year and a half and it runs absolutely amazing! I have not had any issues with it, including gameplay, tech support, and the specific parts included. Honestly, this pc is way better than I expected. For the price, I wouldnt pay for it that much, not only did it not come with the same cooler for the processor but the fan on the back was tiny. I ran a bunch of games to test and tested 3 other gpus to see how great it'll run and it was an absolute unit. The processor cooler was absolute garbage but still got the job done. It was loud but it had never failed me when I was playing my games. Of course, you never want a cpu constantly running around 90-100 c. but I was planning to swap it to either a new case and new cooler or just a new cooler since I like the size of the desktop case itself. I replaced the rear fans with a bigger fan and helped a slight bit, but for the price, it should atleast have a better cooler than whatever it came with. Once summer hits, this will for sure have a chance of shutting down from the heat. ... show more

I have the i7 and gtx 1660 S. Super quiet and have not ran into anything this desktop couldn't handle yet!!! I read a lot of reviews saying it was a hot box and there are better desktops for the money so I went with the i7 paired with the gtx 1660 S instead of the rtx.. Kind of wish I spent the extra couple bucks and upgraded to the rtx but honestly have not seen any real reason or need for it yet, just would like to know I'm running the best. Great desktop and has exceeded my expectations by miles. you wont be disappointed. ... show more

This PC works pretty well! Only downside is why put the glass on one side to look at wires. You'd think everything would be tucked away. Other then that I have no complaints. I play GTA 5 on high settings no issue. I do a lot of GTA RP and have had zero issues.

I bought a DELL G5 Desktop to be used as a dedicated capture computer in a CT Dental Machine from one of my customers. Purchase was made in Sept,2022 I installed this computer in Dec, 2022 Computer since the installation worked fine and all of a sudden started to acting up going off and on randomly. It was the first week of Jan, 2023 I tried all kinds of troubleshooting cause I sell DELL computers for over a decade. Issue is definitelly with the mother board. Left the customer office with the computer working and next day got a call from customer reporting the same issue. I decided to replace the computer because the CT is a $50K+ machine and I had to act fast. Here is the beggining of the nightmary. I message the vendor asking for repair and nothing I had to request Amazon for help to contact the vendor to ask for repair and vendor said I was not eligible for refund because the return period had expired…but remmember…I never asked at that time for a refund, but a repair instead. Amazon scalated the issue and I was told that Amazon could not do anything and they closed my case/request saying they cannot honor any warranty because the machine was shipped to a different address that is not mine and this is not true!…the address used to ship the machine is my address. Amazon told me than I had to contact DELL because I had 1 year warranty and DELL would help me to solve the issue. I did… And here is the catch.. I discovered the computer had the DELL warranty expired in Oct,2022 because the equipment left DELL warehouse in Oct, 2021. Long story short… I had to buy a $300 extended warranty to be served by DELL and unfortunatelly not the vendor nor Amazon did nothing to help. And worse…Amazon allows the vendor to lie in the post because the computer that may be under warranty up to Sep, 2023 had the warranty ended just 30 days after my purchase and the list says 1 year warranty. So…don’t buy from eTechtronics and if you do…I just wish you lucky! ... show more

I got this computer about 3 months ago and it has been amazing! It hasn't had a single issue so far! It can run almost every game I play on the highest graphics, and it doesn't lag! Great computer, 10/10!
