I was desperate for a new tablet. My android tablet and ipad were both severely outdated and not really working anymore. So this tablet has been an awesome purchase. Plus it updated to android 10 right after it arrived! The accessories are possibly one of the best incentives to buy this. They helped me be all set with accessories and was still cheaper than some other tablets out there that didn't have accessories, or if they had all the same accessories. The battery life is awesome too. I am streaming on this tablet every second I'm awake of every day. I rarely turn it off. And it still lasts a good deal longer than the other tablets I've had if I had put them through the same situation. Also, good to note that I tend to keep it in 'ultra saving mode' for the battery. The big issue with this tablet is with any android device though... The volume is ridiculously loud if you listen directly from the speakers. The volume controls suck. I've tried covering the speakers up and that didn't work... But I've found a good solution for me. I put the ear buds that came with the tablet into the jack, loop the cord, and leave it hanging. I just listen to streaming with that, without having to wear ear buds/headphones. It manages to muffle the loudness to a manageable volume, if that makes sense lol. Plus the ear buds cord is so short that I couldn't use them as regular earbuds anyway so this works best. ... show more

I actually attempted to buy this tablet three times, which I should have figured it was an omen after the issues with the first two. The first one I received, but was having touchscreen issues, so I exchanged for a second one (not sure what happened there, as it arrived 99% of the way, then was returned to the warehouse; I'm still waiting for a refund on it from my first purchase back in late December since they decided to send the replacement standard shipping). The third one worked wonderfully for the 2-3 weeks thus far. The protection cover was a bit thin across the front, so I was thinking of possibly reinforcing that just so the screen would have a bit more protection, but didn't have the chance. As I was sitting on my padded sofa that had a lot of give, I accidentally sat on the tablet, fully covered by the protector. I had hardly put any weight on it (I actually paused when I noticed it) and just slightly after I heard the telltale snap. I inspected it and saw the glass touchscreen had shattered and the plastic casing had partially popped off. I'm still going to keep it for some hackerspace projects and do something with it as it appears the OLED and other hardware appears undamaged, and I can probably do something creative with it, but if you do invest in this tablet, be prepared to buy the warranty or a hard plastic case, as the thin separating glass between the OLED and the top transparent (plastic) is thin, and not tempered or hardened in any way. ... show more

Got mine today everything is in order and works perfectly. I am very pleased with this order, a follow up review will be done with in a month after I put som milage on this device👍🏾👍🏾 Updated the warranty card sent with the item cannot be activated for what ever reason and within the first 2 weeks the touch screen went bad I would not waste the time sending it back I don't recommend this package but for the price it is a deal. ... show more

Pos tablet. Had to do a factory reset on it a month after owning it. I bought this for my son who's 7 so he could do his homework on it and he downloaded a few games and the dam thing crashed and I had to do a factory reset just to get it to work again. Then it dropped and broke the screen and the warranty wouldn't process my claim. Don't buy this hunk of junk. ... show more

I bought this tablet to replace an older tablet with a smaller screen. From day 1 the tablet was slow and lagged severely but it was easier for me to see the screen so I put up with it. I was working yesterday evening. This morning I put it on the charger while I had my coffee as I always do. When I turned it on nothing legible came up on the screen just a bunch of lines (see the picture). This item was purchased less than 2 months ago and has spent most of that time on my desk with a few trips to the living room. It has never been dropped or otherwise abused. Additionally, the keyboard refused to stay paired to the tablet and I never did get the mouse to pair. JUNK! Save your money. ... show more

Battery dies quickly, and it's supremely slow. 1 week old and the touch screen has stopped working. I DO NOT reccomend this to anyone for anything. Unless of course you are looking for a paper weight. Then again, you could probably find that cheaper.
