After 3 months of use, this is still the best investment we could have made! Super easy to set up, I mean it was basically plug and play! We use it at least once per day. We are two average tall people and three is fine but 4 is quite cramped. It does take 24 hours to heat up, so we just leave it on. It holds well at 104, it's HOT! We don't even need bubbles, because the bubbles cools down the water pretty quick. We have purchased replacement filters, but found that a good thorough scrubbing can make the filter last a couple of weeks instead of weekly. I have grain chlorine that I add occasionally, when the strips say I need it. But the water is super clear! The electrical bill might be a bit more, but it's totally worth it. We tried to set up ours Dec 15. Dec 23 heater stopped working. Contacted Seller to send us a replacement hose because the one it came with didnt fit to inflate. All they said is it came with it. We wanted this set up before we left for holidays so we found a work around with an air mattress pump (if you go this route- you def. loose the firmness). Added water- the heater/temperature display never went over (to this day) 90. We did all suggested troubleshooting even bought a reg thermometer to double check. We really wanted this to work out… finally reached out to Seller and re-requested for a new hose and heater unit (saw reviews that the Seller won’t replace a tub). They still didnt want to replace the hose and then wanted us to confirm amps/volts 🙄 At this point, after not even an apology or something to meet us in the middle- we stopped asking the Seller and went to Amazon. ... show more

I was amazed how fast this can be set up. Took about 15 minutes to unfold, them plug it in and about 5 minutes to fill with air. You can be ready to fill with water and start to heat it less than 30 minutes. The motor is powerful enough to create lots of bubbles. lt works on a 20 minute cycle. It will bubble for 20 minutes and kick off for 10 minutes in 20 minutes you can re-start the bubbles, this is a safety feature to protect the motor from overheating.. It is a very good quality, very relaxing. If you want to deflate and store it, it is easy to break down and store in the bag that comes with it. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Today I unboxed my hot tub and so far it’s impressive for the price. It was really easy to set up and straight forward on how to operate. It was a nice size and fit on the patio nicely. I haven’t used it yet, waiting for it to heat up. It does take a while to get warmed up but that is expected based on the smaller hardware. The bubble mode is pretty strong and I look forward to getting in to feel the full experience. ... show more

We just got this hot tub yesterday. Very easy to set up and was up and running, including filled and treated in less than an hour. Granted we have very very good water pressure so that helped the process. Great bubbles and this morning was at 104 degrees. So it heated up in under 12 hr. Just hope that the heater lasts there have been bad reviews about the heater not working after only a few uses. ... show more

The filter system is not proficient enough to keep water flowing at a rate that would keep the growth of bacteria down. I changed the filter 3 times in the less then two weeks and also kept the chemical at the required levels. However, this did not stop me and my room make from breaking out with a common spa bacteria. We currently are in the process of returning the spa which i have to pay $60. My roommate and i have red bumps all over our body. The filter system is very small. I would not recommend any of these types of hot tubs if all the systems are the same. ... show more

    • Terrible Quality Heater - AVOID AT ALL COST

Price was great - a little too great. The Bad (clearly more important than the good): The heater failed after less than 48 hours, as tracked by my circuit-specific energy monitoring device (name redacted, but it rhymes with Informia Synergy). The hot tub heated room temp water to 104F once, then once covered it would not maintain temp before the end of the 2nd day. For reference: startup time with a full water volume was 12/3/2023 1PM, power draw 1300W, peaked 1640W 12/3 6PM and maintained through 12/4 9PM with a measurement of 1470W, before dropping to 473W at 10PM, and never peaking above 386W between 12/4 11PM and 12/8 5PM with a 24 hour disconnect/cool-down period on 12/5 6PM to 12/6 6PM. Water temp, as measured 12/8/2023 5PM (5 days, 5 hours after delivery) was 65F, in a climate controlled 4 seasons room with an average temp 65F-70F this time of year. Resetting and unplugging the unit made no difference in heater performance or power draw. I do NOT recommend this brand to anyone until they fix their heaters. Please check additional 2 and 3 star reviews (and probably 1 star) - the heater is a common failure piece on these units, and the return process is atrocious. Amazon doesn't immediately issue a refund/return label, but instead will 'email me instructions to complete the refund'. Pay with a credit card if you insist on buying this, so you can rely on your credit card provider (Visa, Amex, MC, Discover, etc.) to provide consumer protections in case Amazon and the seller decide to deny your refund). DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT The Good: Hot tub inflates easily, and setup is fairly straightforward. A decent chemical kit for spas allows easy setup and proper water chemistry, and the 110V plug with GFCI and easy drain and easy inflate is pretty nice. It does include a (cheap) cover with locking switches, but honestly anything heavier than an infant would be at risk with the cover included. It also includes a ground cloth, but overall the quality is garbage ... show more
