We absolutely love our hot tub! We’ve had it since June 2025. We have never changed the water in it and keep it on 24/7. We just have a chlorine floater in it and put hot tub treatment in it weekly. We just rinse out the filter when it signals it’s needed. Only other thing we use is a battery operated vacuum handheld cleaner when needed and a net. Super easy to maintain. Have tried to use it as a cool pool for summer but putting it out on the curb now that the weather is cooling. I was amazed how fast this can be set up. Took about 15 minutes to unfold, them plug it in and about 5 minutes to fill with air. You can be ready to fill with water and start to heat it less than 30 minutes. The motor is powerful enough to create lots of bubbles. lt works on a 20 minute cycle. It will bubble for 20 minutes and kick off for 10 minutes in 20 minutes you can re-start the bubbles, this is a safety feature to protect the motor from overheating.. It is a very good quality, very relaxing. If you want to deflate and store it, it is easy to break down and store in the bag that comes with it. ... show more

    • Terrible Quality Heater - AVOID AT ALL COST

Price was great - a little too great. The Bad (clearly more important than the good): The heater failed after less than 48 hours, as tracked by my circuit-specific energy monitoring device (name redacted, but it rhymes with Informia Synergy). The hot tub heated room temp water to 104F once, then once covered it would not maintain temp before the end of the 2nd day. For reference: startup time with a full water volume was 12/3/2023 1PM, power draw 1300W, peaked 1640W 12/3 6PM and maintained through 12/4 9PM with a measurement of 1470W, before dropping to 473W at 10PM, and never peaking above 386W between 12/4 11PM and 12/8 5PM with a 24 hour disconnect/cool-down period on 12/5 6PM to 12/6 6PM. Water temp, as measured 12/8/2023 5PM (5 days, 5 hours after delivery) was 65F, in a climate controlled 4 seasons room with an average temp 65F-70F this time of year. Resetting and unplugging the unit made no difference in heater performance or power draw. I do NOT recommend this brand to anyone until they fix their heaters. Please check additional 2 and 3 star reviews (and probably 1 star) - the heater is a common failure piece on these units, and the return process is atrocious. Amazon doesn't immediately issue a refund/return label, but instead will 'email me instructions to complete the refund'. Pay with a credit card if you insist on buying this, so you can rely on your credit card provider (Visa, Amex, MC, Discover, etc.) to provide consumer protections in case Amazon and the seller decide to deny your refund). DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT The Good: Hot tub inflates easily, and setup is fairly straightforward. A decent chemical kit for spas allows easy setup and proper water chemistry, and the 110V plug with GFCI and easy drain and easy inflate is pretty nice. It does include a (cheap) cover with locking switches, but honestly anything heavier than an infant would be at risk with the cover included. This is set up outside in an enclosed space on a patio. The hot tub heats well once going, I recommend filling with hot water if you want it to get hot faster- once hot. It’s remained hot in our over night lows of 40. It did get two leaks in the first 48 hours. So sweep, sweep again, blow, sweep again. It weighs approximately 1200lbs when full- so truly princess and the pea. The bubbler works great. The cover works well and can lock. Ours did not come with patch glue. Chemicals are hard to balance at first. Take your time. Filter system isn’t as you would think, waaaay simpler. The filter also doesn’t creat any “swirling” effect. Maybe minor movements to just pull a little water through. be careful that when you put the water in, the tub does get wider. Also the drain does not connect to a standard hose - I had to create a syphon to get water out. All the attachment areas are on the long side(didn’t work great for our setup). All in all good little tub. I have a good score just highlighted the challenges. For the money (1/4-1/6 the price of a hard side hot tub) it is worth a try. ... show more

    • Disappointing Seller Services, only good thing is that Amazon covers them

We tried to set up ours Dec 15. Dec 23 heater stopped working. Contacted Seller to send us a replacement hose because the one it came with didnt fit to inflate. All they said is it came with it. We wanted this set up before we left for holidays so we found a work around with an air mattress pump (if you go this route- you def. loose the firmness). Added water- the heater/temperature display never went over (to this day) 90. We did all suggested troubleshooting even bought a reg thermometer to double check. We really wanted this to work out… finally reached out to Seller and re-requested for a new hose and heater unit (saw reviews that the Seller won’t replace a tub). They still didnt want to replace the hose and then wanted us to confirm amps/volts 🙄 At this point, after not even an apology or something to meet us in the middle- we stopped asking the Seller and went to Amazon. ... show more
