For a blowup hot tub I’m pretty damn impressed. We go in here every day. I put it together by myself. We use the inside tarp. I can put the tarp on by myself. I can pull the tarp back and fold it up for later when we get out is big enough to enjoy with my 6 foot two Husband in our basement. The lights pooped out almost right away, but we got a new string of lights and tucked them under there we definitely got more filters and filter socks after a month but all in all I like this damn thing after I’m done paying it off I’m gonna get one for the outside porch.

Upon setting up the hot tub at my newly completed home, we followed all installation instructions carefully. When the unit was plugged into a brand-new, properly installed outlet, the plug repeatedly tripped the electrical system. To ensure safety, we had a licensed electrician—who is also a town inspector—evaluate the issue. He confirmed that the plug on the hot tub is faulty. More alarmingly, when attempting to plug the unit in, the faulty plug caused an electrical fire. Thankfully, no one was injured, but this is a very serious hazard that could have resulted in significant damage or harm. At this point: The hot tub has never been used The unit is unsafe to operate We will not attempt to plug it in again due to the fire risk I am extremely frustrated and concerned by the complete lack of response from your company despite several outreach attempts. This matter requires immediate attention. Please contact me as soon as possible to: Arrange for a safe resolution (replacement, repair, or return) Provide guidance on next steps to address this hazardous defect

The full cover, with some degree of insulation (haven't set it up yet), if similar to the full insulated cover for the larger capacity IVEKO inflatable tub, should make the smaller ALEKO tub all season capable (maintaining 103-104 degrees even in freezing conditions). This is our second smaller tub (gave the first one to a neighbor...nothing wrong with it; that tub was perfectly fine except the cover was just that - a cover to keep leaves and other vegetation from getting inside).

So far so good. Set up was easy. It was quick to heat. It’s bubbles up nicely and is very relaxing, it’s definitely only a 2 person to say 4 person is a bit of a stretch. The only problem is I didn’t receive the protective filter covers. Which I’ve sent an email and am waiting to hear back. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Takes a while to heat up and when the bubbles are in the temp goes down...Wouldn't say it fits 4 ppl but it doesn't but another than that it was a great purchase...Update I've only had this thing for not even 2 months and it already stopped working...

I bought this hot tub in April. It lasted a little over 3 months. Quit heating the water and the thermostat temperature read110°. The water was cold. It had a 6 month warranty. I contacted the company through Amazon and explain the problem, went through their process of sending pictures, a receipt, and filled out a form. Never heard back from them. I contacted Amazon regarding the problem with the company. I received a communication from the company saying the return date had expired. I was not interested in a return, I wanted my money back. After several communications with Amazon, email and phone calls, Amazon refunded my money in full under Amazon's warranty policy. This company should be avoided. They do not honor their warranties and their products are poorly made. Amazon denied my claim because I did receive the item and it was as described. I am going to fight Amazon. The item was not as described. It was described as having a 6 month warranty. That warranty was not honored. We'll see where that goes.

Love it! Have had ours about a month and it works perfect and definitely worth the buy. We use it almost every day. The only thing I would mention is that you have to leave the heat on full time for it to maintain a good temperature (if not it takes a while to reheat fully), but we investigated it and doesn’t end up being very expensive to leave it on 24/7 with the thermal cover
