I’ve only given it a one star because I never even got to use it, after I plugged it in and it was plugged in for a few minutes to plug got hot. I immediately unplugged it and packed it up, unfortunately it’s heavy. It was really hard for me to get it to UPS. I couldn’t take the chance and turn it on after I felt the cord hot.

First thing I noticed when I pixked this up from the stoop to bring inside, is this unit has some serious weight to it. Right out of the gate, it felt solidly built and durble. Using it a little over a week so far, I feel confident in that impression. The main reason I bought it to begin with is the control. I love knowing exactly what is going into my food. Being able to skip the additives found in store-bought desserts is important to me. I’ve been sticking to fresh fruit, organic dairy, and real, whole ingredients I pick out myself. There is a lot of peace of mind in knowing exactly what I’m eating. Overall, I’m really happy with this item and the nutritious treats I am making with it.
