I am 6'9" and 265 in weight. It is very difficult to find anything that fits my needs. Now at 85 with a spinal issue that effects my legs I spent months trying to find the perfect wheelchair that fits my mental and ex-professional athletic body. This I have done with VIPLAND wheelchair. In the unpacking yesterday I was pleasantly impressed with the construction of my wheelchair. In my research I wanted to buy a backup battery. I received a note from manufacturer stating that they will fix any issues I might have the battery on this Wheelchair. Now I must learn how to "drive" this new mode of "getting" around. Everything concerning this is in the manual, manufacturer support is there. I also must mention the "tool bag" is the most complete assortment of "tools" I have ever seen. I look forward to having many years of pain free "walking " with my new wheelchair.

The battery for chair arrived badly damaged. The box/chair had obviously been dropped. However, the chair itself was undamaged. I could not find any information about support or a manufacturer in the documentation. Talked to Amazon support and they had no idea regarding getting a replacement battery or support contact. They advised a return which I did. It’s a shame because the chair was really nice, comfortable and light. Amazon was great but whomever makes this thing is to be avoided at all costs.

I picked up this VIPLAND carbon fiber electric wheelchair because I wanted something powerful enough for outdoor use while still being lightweight and portable enough for travel, and in my experience it has exceeded my expectations in both comfort and performance. I really like how surprisingly light the frame feels for a heavy duty motorized wheelchair because the carbon fiber construction made it much easier for me to fold, lift, and fit into the back of my SUV without struggling. I appreciate that the 20 inch seat feels wide and supportive during longer outings, and the cushioning stayed comfortable even after spending several hours using it at parks, shopping centers, and outdoor events. The folding design also makes storage much more convenient for me because it takes up far less space in my garage and vehicle compared to larger traditional power chairs. What impressed me most is how strong and capable the dual 500W motors feel during everyday use. I have used this wheelchair on sidewalks, gravel paths, grass, parking lots, and uneven pavement, and the power delivery felt smooth and dependable without jerky movements or hesitation. I also noticed the chair handled inclines much better than I expected while still maintaining stable steering and responsive controls.
