The media could not be loaded. I just received my sauna. It came in two boxes delivered on different days. The hardest part of putting it together was the unboxing. Which just means packaging is good. I put together alone very easy to do. And I am sitting in enjoying my sauna second day in a row. Takes a bit to heat up but gets hot. I love it
