AMAZING SAUNA!!!! I love this sauna so much. We got it delivered a few days ago and it was pretty easy to set up. Only in a few places we needed electric drill. The quality is really good. It’s very well-made. High-quality wood. It’s very sturdy, but you can move it around if you need to. Sauna hits up very quickly. It takes about 50-60 minutes to reach full 149 degrees. It’s incredibly healthy and it makes you sweat fast without make you feel uncomfortable like dry sauna would. One biohacking tip- before or after 25-30 minutes of using sauna you can stay by the red light lamp and in that case you will receive the full spectrum. This sauna is far infrared but for all the benefits you need full spectrum so the red light therapy after that is perfect. So, red light therapy could be done after the sauna (best for skin) or before- best for metabolic health and longevity. Infrared sauna is great for arthritis as well as detoxification. It has a great amount of benefits. Everyone who is longevity and anti-aging oriented use sauna at least 4 times a week or better 6-7. This sauna is absolutely perfect for those who don’t wanna pay crazy amount of money. It’s perfect for one person and you wouldn’t feel crowded even if you are a big masculine guy like my husband. I think it’s better to go to the sauna one person at the time anyway because you don’t wanna be sweating next to each other. So yeah, if I could, I would have given the sauna 11 stars. It works incredible and it’s amazing and beautiful in every way. 🌟

OMG! How do I give this 10 stars! This came quickly and very well packaged. I opened the box up on my garage and carried each panel into my house from there. All the panels are easily managed by 1 person that way,. VERY easy to put together, took me about 20 minutes all by myself. It's 110, but only 15 amps, so plugs into a normal wall outlet. I set it for 120 and let it warm up, checked on it in 15 minutes and it was already at 114. By the time I got in it, it was up to 120. I sat in it comfortably for 30 minutes my first time. Using the time to sit and meditate! Nice, relaxing. You definitely have to duck your head to get into it, but it fits me fine when sitting down. It's the perfect size for 1 person and doesn't take up much space. Something I was worried about as the room I wanted it in is only 8x10. It fits in perfectly! There's a bright LED light inside, so you can read or whatever while you're "baking". Great price point for this. Well made, GREAT design. EASY to put together. LOVE IT!

I finally put my sauna together. It did arrive within three days from purchase by FedEx. I was never contacted by anybody else but checking tracking on Amazon I found out it was coming that day. It took about almost 40 minutes to hit 147° but it only took about 30 minutes to hit 140 so it does warm up pretty fast and I believe it does hit 149 as expected and as as the advertise, I didn’t wait long enough to see if it’ll go up two more degrees but 147. I’m sure it will hit 149. I put it together myself after carrying all the pieces down into the basement. Before screwing in any screws, make sure your corners are flat flush and even to avoid any issues with your sauna not being square ideally use a level surface. My basement floor had a slight slope to it for drainage so it made it a little more difficult by myself, but I still did it. It would be a little easier with a second set of hands and probably only take an half hour after reading all the instructions and unboxing and having all parts in the room/location you want it. All you need is a power screwdriver or a light drill so you don’t over tighten anything very simple. Make sure you put the door on properly as when I initially installed it, I realize that it was backwards and the door swung into the sauna so pay attention when installing the door all the other pieces are pretty much common sense. Wiring is only three wires they all plug inside the sauna, and then one wire plugs into the power adapter on the top and then that plugs into the outlet. It’s all plugged in place super easy. You can’t really screw it up. I also purchased the Amazon three-year extended warranty as this was by far. The cheapest Wood infrared sauna on the market, even including TEMU or AliExpress but the bill quality seems good. I had no damage on mine. It fired up properly and now I have an extended warranty just in case something burns out or goes wrong. This is my third infrared sauna over the years and I’m happy to have one again. Had to sell the other two through the years with moving and space. Enjoy!

Honestly, I'm loving the infrared sauna; it's perfect for my space and just for me. It takes a little while to heat up—about an hour for the air temperature to reach about 120-125°F—but I can get a pretty good sweat going, just as good as I would in a traditional high-temp sauna. If you're looking to purchase, just note this isn't a traditional sauna, so it will not get past the 150-200°F range. But if you want those temps, I'm sure there are things you can add or do to make it hotter. Traditional saunas and infrared saunas heat your body differently. With infrared, "panels emit infrared light, which penetrates the skin up to 1.5–2 inches to directly heat the body's core rather than the surrounding air. Operating at a lower, more comfortable temperature of 120°F–140°F, this method induces a deep sweat and raises heart rate, mimicking moderate exercise for detoxification and muscle."I'd recommend oiling or waxing your sauna wood before use so your sweat doesn't ruin the wood. It also helps to use a towel and wipe your sweat to preserve your sauna from damage. For the price, it's a great buy and easy to set up! Mine came in two different boxes right to my front door, packaged up very well. I was a little nervous there would be damage because of the size of the boxes and weight, but there was no damage! It's not made with the nicest wood, but you get what you pay for. I'm pretty impressed overall. The speakers also sound good as well—not a lot of bass, but good enough sound to get you relaxed. 4.5 out of 5. Side note: I have this inside my home. If you're using it outside, in a garage, or a basement where the temps can be colder, it might take a little longer to heat.

Really excellent size. Easy to put together, about 30 min 3 people. Good quality for the price. Heat level was perfect. A good roasting was had, pace yourself and hydrate before during, and after. Benches were great, comfortable and heigh was good. Design is superb, glass front leaves you not claustrophobic, can watch TV outside. functionality was spot on, fits in little alcove in our gym area, very stoked with purchase.

We setup the 2 person sauna over the weekend and have used if for three days consistently. Assembly wasn't too terrible and though the instructions weren't extremely robust, they were clear enough to assemble without much difficulty. The Sauna cannot be moved once assembled. I am a little disappointed in that fact, as even moving a few inches in the location of assembly will shift the structure. As far as functionality, it has more features than I expected (reading light, speakers, colored lights). We obviously knew these were included since we bought it, but didn't expect the performance we get. The speakers certainly aren't the best you can buy, but they also aren't super tinny which I expected. So those capabilities are a plus in my book. On the down side, I find it takes 30-45 minutes to warm enough to be used. All panels seem to heat, but the inside temp is very slow to warm overall. Being a two-person, it is still a tight fit. So I will pre-heat for 30 minutes, then sit for 30-40 minutes. We then reset the timer, and my wife will sit for 30-40 minutes. In that full time period (30 minutes pre-heat, 30 minutes for me, 30 minutes for her = 90 minutes total on the short end) the hottest we have seen the sauna read is 117F. That is well below the published temp and far too long to heat up that much. Now I also am not sure the temp sensor is correct. When sitting in the sauna, I can get a decent sweat going in my 30 minutes...but it is off-putting to see the temp rise so slowly and having never seen it reach the target. We will live with what we have for a few years and make sure we are actually going to use this as much as justifies a more substantial purchase; however I would not buy this particular sauna or vendor again.

I can’t say enough about this lil sauna! Took my hubs and I twenty mins to put together. Instructions were very easy and all holes are pre drilled. Very nice finish inside and out. Foot warmer is a huge plus. Perfect size for one person. Glass is well made and thick. Heats up quickly, no funky smells. Would definitely buy again!
