So far, I absolutely love this purchase! Installed just in time before the heatwave.... I work all day from morning to night in my home office (upstairs) and my Central Cooling just lacks to deliver proper Cooling or Heating to the upper floor. I have a small portable heater that does just fine in the winter.. but the summer... dreadful! Usually my office turns into a literal furnace in the summer (with several PC monitors and Computers adding to the heat) and I have to carry what feels like a 100lb portable AC unit upstairs and figure out the best way to exhaust the heat produced by the fan and drain the condensation. I would mention that I had originally bought this thinking it was going to be a simple DIY.... buddy let me tell ya... have a pro help you! Just for prospective, I am VERY handy and DIY everything to what some people consider Professional level standards (maybe because I like things to be as perfect as possible). If this were a single unit install, I would have no doubt in my mind, easy DIY (with some knowledge wiring and light construction, drilling holes in walls, drilling anchors and brackets.. etc.) That being said, since this review is specifically for the 3-Zone setup, this unit comes with three 25ft line sets. One thing I did not account for is the fact that my "Zone 2" and "Zone 3" are much further away from the main outdoor unit. (50ft and 75ft). I had bought two additional 50ft Line Sets which were then soldiered together. Another thing I did not account for is that these units come pre-charged with Freon for the lengths provided (25ft x 3). Extending the Line Set also meant pumping more Freon into the system. Happy with this purchase. Was a decent amount of work to get this set up. Spent an additional $1,600 in plastic channels to hide everything for a very clean and professional look. Spent another $3,500 for HVAC company to help me install everything with 2 of their guys. Took about 2 or 3 days in total working from around 8am-4pm. I went into this thinking, I'll just do it myself.... I came out of it being grateful that I decided to call in someone to assist with the install. Its going to be in the 90's today and my office is set to 73 degrees.     • Both are working great. 4 months of worry free heating and a low power cost to run both.
I have two of these 220v units. One in the basement and one on the main floor in a 1000 SQ ft cabin. They have been running set to 64F for the last four months. Keeping the place warm while I'm away. It's gotten to 20f a couple of times and they didn't freeze up. I have blink cameras in places so I can see the pumps, plus I can see the temperature inside. So far, it works well. I want to see how it performs after a summer or two in the Alabama heat before giving a true review. However, I wish there were an option to purchase additional copper tubing and connection wire in case you want to install the units in separate areas of the house or apartment.

DONT DO IT. I have a defective unit. No customer service to call. I have to wait 24hrs for an email. We have done everything they asked, it's the actual unit that's defective. They want us to rewire a brand new unit! I'm trying to return it now. They are fighting me on it. Do not buy!!!!!!

Unit is sturdy and easy to use. Unfortunately it doesnt cool well at all. I had 18k btu window unit before this 24k split unit and it cooled much better. If it were not for the hassle of installation I would return it.
