I know that some Amazon store fronts sell dupes but I made sure I got this from an authorized seller (Zappos). I have several variations of the Kanken backpack going back a few years now so I'm very familiar with the brand and have loved these bags in the past. This bag is definitely real BUT the material that is used for the Kanken straps has been cheapened. I noticed it right away when I grabbed the top handles and every time I snap/unsnap them together it really bugs me how cheap it feels now. Especially when I grab my mini and feel the comparison. For the price of these backpacks it inexcusable. The only reason I am giving this any stars is the color is beautiful it reminds me of a sunset) and (it doesn't seem to be picking up any color transfer thus far. Still the fact that the grab handles and straps are cheap now means this will probably be the last Kanken I buy.. very sad ... show more
