Beautiful set for the money. Boxes came fully intact. Product instructions were easy to follow and made for quick assembly. Strong and comfortable set. I bought the couch, fire pit and two rocking chairs. I think I will spend my summer in those rocking chairs.

I hate to be one to write negative reviews but I am extremely disappointed with my purchase! So my husband and purchased this 9-piece patio set. To our surprise, the items were delivered several days early which is always a nice surprise. We got the packages in immediately and open the package to get started with assembly. We started pulling the parts out of their "protective" bubble wrap. We immediately noticed scratches down to the metal on several of the pieces of the 1st box (very disappointing) . We weren't happy with seeing so many scratches as they are supposed to be NEW but we brushed it off and we're intending to just try and get paint to touch up these scratches as best as we can. We ended up assembling the entire patio set and all the sets had scratches on them! They even had parts already assembled which is odd so that leaves me to believe the 9 piece set was used and returned and then packaged and eventually sold to us! We took out the cushion and laid them out to rest over 24 hours and several of the cushions arent even puffing up at all! THIS IS A SHAME! PAYING SO MUCH TO RECIEVE WHAT LOOKS LIKE A USED ITEM ! WE ARE STILL WHILLING TO KEEP THEM SINCE IS SUCH A HAZZEL TO RETURN! WE EXPECT TO AT LEAST GET THE CUSHIONS REPLACED AT THIS POINT! Like I said, such bad shame, I wanted to at leave a positive review. **UPDATE** CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RESPONSIVE, TOOK CARE OF OUR ISSUES IN A TIMELY MANNER AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Bought this because of 1. the assembly reviews and 2. nice looking quality from other reviews… 1. Absolutely fantastic instructions that don’t have you question anything in the process. All parts were present, labeled, and instructions CLEARLY defined. Assembly time was roughly 3 hours, HOWEVER, I started with the largest piece and worked my way to the single seats. I would recommend doing the opposite. The single seats took under 10 minutes, and I would’ve picked up quicker how everything goes together if I had started small and worked my way to the bigger pieces. Other recommendation is to absolutely follow the prompts of not tightening the screws until directed to each time as alignment was challenging if I used my impact drill too confidently in some moments. 2. It is very nice looking quality. The material that each piece is made of is VERY prone to scratches. My daughter accidentally knocked one of the side arms over onto our patio and it made a massive mark on it. In flipping pieces around and lightly coming into contact with the ground, it also produced about 5-6 other scratches on the aluminum. Nothing that a minute or two of spray paint can’t fix, but for the decent price paid, I would like to see the aluminum be more scratch resistant. Overall 4.5/5 stars but I had to round up.

I have not had this product for a year and the swivel rocker has broken.. cannot get in contact with the seller, no phone number and it should have a warranty where it's not been a year. I do not recommend.
