Quite possibly the most thoughtfully engineered (and packaged) product we've ever assembled. "Do not tighten the screws fully until all are in place" -- following this specific direction made assembly a dream. Unique, but they definitely thought this through. Trust the assembly process. Two people make this fast, but did take a few hrs to complete all pieces. OVERALL Better product than expected! Super sturdy and amazingly light weight! A few cushions have taken a bit longer to regain their intended size. A little massaging/rolling/bending of the cushion material had the two stragglers finally expand. The chairs glide and spin nicely. Fire came with a full cover that I hadn't notice at purchase. Arrived Early! Delivered by Fed Ex. I'm okay that as a prime member I still had to pay for delivery. Amazing how they fit and packed everything in seemingly smallish boxes. Assembly hardware was thoughtfully packaged--best I've ever seen. If this style suits you..buy it before possible tariffs make it too expensive. ;) I had reservations about a Chinese/Amazon furniture purchase that would certainly be difficult to return; I've been very pleasantly suprised. Cushions are thicker than most! I preferred getting this one since I have German shepherds. They won’t bother chewing on aluminum. The design is very modern and the pillows are very comfortable. The manual is easy to read and follow directions.

Cushions are thin and not much padding. we will be replacing those with better ones. but the furniture itself is very nice and comfortable. make sure you set some time aside to assemble. it isn't difficult but definitely time consuming.

Overall we are very pleased with this purchase. Set up was tricky to start but we got the hang of it pretty quick. Pay attention when it says to wait to tighten all the screws. It will make it easier for you to get that last scew in place. Now for the color. We purchased the gray set. This set's frame is NOT black like we thought. Depending on the lighting, it has different colors! Direct sun, it shows it being a dark rust to brown color. Partial shade and it turns a little darker. Full shade and appears dark gray to black. When we got the set delivered, we noticed that the loveseat frame was a different texture and color than the rest of the set. We contacted the seller and they immediately made it right by shipping out the right loveseat. The firepit is definitely a different color than the rest of the set. The set is comfortable and attractive and nearly matches our gazebo we bought from Costco. The firepit puts off some great heat too! 15 mph winds and I can still feel the heat 5 feet away. I would recommend this product. And great customer service! ... show more

Great quality and instructions were very clear. Had one issue with cushions being flat (due to being suction packaged), but customer service had us get them wet and redry and they were back to normal. Customer service was quick and very friendly.

We’re giving them a 1 because we had issues with the igniter and were told a replacement was on the way. They first sent the wrong part, and other times provided a tracking number, but the package never arrived. In short, we got the runaround.
