We had been searching high and low for a patio set that would match what we wanted (sofa, standalone chairs, firepit, and a table). This one checked all the boxes. We ordered this and unfortunately, the glass tabletop came shattered. However, upon reaching out to discuss with customer service, they replaced the box, free of charge, pending my proof via photos. I can't say enough about the product and the customer service. It's rare to find all of these wrapped up in one experience. Finally, the instruction manuals are how manuals should be. Our 12 piece set turned out to be two 6 piece sets which gave us some trouble configuring the pieces how we originally planned and the instructions were not very clear. However, the cushions are thick and supportive with removable covers which is important for us. Although some pieces were a headache to assemble, it turned out beautifully in a large L-shape with a loveseat. It has been so nice for some comfort outdoors and will be amazing for hosting. Iโ€™d definitely recommend purchasing a plastic cover to ensure it stays clean when not in use and to keep it dry when it rains to ensure the cushions last a long time. ... show more

Extremely comfortable-cushions are thick and navy color is beautiful. Instructions are pretty good-if you are using the tools that come with it, this takes pretty long. We followed another suggestion on here to use a power drill adapter and hand tighten with the included wrench-cut down time dramatically!
