July 2025 First purchase It is a light paddle suitable for beginners. I also let my young students test it and they found it easy to use. The grip is friendly and comfortable to their smaller hands. The sweetspot is large and the bounce is even on a wide area. Don't feel dead spot. The power is reasonable with this weight. I can easily serve with power and drive accurately from the baseline. From performance and pricing standpoints, it is a very good entry to mid level paddle. It is fun to play with! Feb 2026 repeat purchase Some of my picklebball students using the AKS paddles I purchased last July still liked the paddle performance after half year of heavy usage. As my class grows in 2026, I decide to add more AKS paddles which are very good quality for the price. The T-700 carbon fiber surface grit is still reasonably good after many months of use.
