    • I couldn't ask for much more from a chair
I've had this chair for a couple of years now and really don't have any complaints. The chair is very comfortable, highly adjustable, and the leather has held up extremely well. I'm 6' tall, with a lean athletic build and find the chair to be the perfect size. My knees sit at a perfect 90 degrees and my hamstrings are supported all the way to the back of my knees - which can't be said when I sit in many other chairs. The seat back is nice and wide for those with broad shoulders, and the removable headrest and lumbar support pads allow one to put the pads in just the right place. If there's any critiques I have, it's that it doesn't come with roller blade style wheels. I picked up a set for about $35 and it took the chair to the next level. It's completely silent rolling around and glides with so much ease. I did have to contact customer service because a part was missing from the box. In no time I had a replacement piece arrive - at no cost to me. I'm giving this chair five stars. ... show more

    • Comfortable, adjustable, sturdy, great looking
Like many people working from home, I was struggling with an uncomfortable chair in my home office. This gaming chair is finished to look a bit more like an office chair (you can get various colors other than black if you prefer). It is built like a tank and quite comfortable. I am around 6' 4" and have a bit of a lower back issue. The bolster cushion on the back is adjustable and provides excellent support. It comes with a headrest as well - I mostly run without but think it is personal preference. I went with the leather option and find it cool and comfortable even through a whole day. The chair takes a little assembly, but the process is straightforward. Because this thing is built like a tank, it may take a little manuevering in an open area to assemble. The few tools required are even provided if you don't have a toolbox handy. The only adjustment that I think would be nice is a front to back seat slider - I have seen this on some other chairs. For me though I don't find it necessary and am very happy with the other adjustments available. Some reviewers who are smaller framed have said it works as well. My wife is medium height (around 5'6") and didn't find it as comfortable as I. However it is adjustable in height so if you are smaller in build, I'd just check other reviews. All in all, I compared to chairs that were considerably more expensive and feel like this was not only an excellent value but also the best overall chair for me. Fantastic chair! ... show more

    • Great chair but...
Everything is so well built but the arms. I'm worried that the plastic parts are going to break over time.
