I bought this clock to replace the unit that is on the west wall facing my pool. This wall gets really hot and stays that way well after sunset...I would say it gets over 125F and has full sun for 6 hours. Past clocks worked a year or so. This clock is doing great so far and keeping perfect time. I raised it a little to get more shade in mid afternoon from soffit. It handles sun and heat and keeps time. It is easy to read from 30 feet and is great to supplement timing of swim exercises. ... show more

This certainly isn’t anything fancy, but it’s a great little clock that’s plug and play. Simply drop a double A battery in, and it’s ready to go. Easy to set the time, easy to read from a distance, and easy to mount. It comes with either a sticky pad type of setup, or a small nail setup. I purchased this clock to replace one that died in my bedroom. I liked the style of it online -- and equally so once it arrived and I added to to my bedroom wall. It's silent and appears to keep time correctly. The only downside is that, compared to the more bland white-faced clock it replaced, it's a bit harder to see at night in a dimly-lit bedroom (though that's not necessarily a fault, just something to be aware of if you're considering purchasing it for a darker space). ... show more

For 10 bucks I figured it would be a piece of junk, but I'm cheap so I gave it a try. The clock gives good time, is silent and I like the retro look. The battery lasts for months (and I use rechargeables}. I wound up buying a second clock.

I ordered this for a living room. There’s a story behind the last piece of crap that.I threw across the garage floor. This size I bought is to small for the livings room. Guess I need a larger one. So far it is keeping an accurate time the face arms are very easy to read. I will probably need a very good 24in. So I need to shop around. I have to replace my wife’s piece from Wally World sucked 24i. Junk never right. Hard to hang 2 times a year crap. So I fixed that piece crap it’s now right 2 times a day at the city dump! ... show more
