I bought this for my father as a Father's Day gift, one of the hydraulics Pistons during the testing phase of the instructions blew up. It was an absolute nightmare dealing with the seller to replace the piston. But the price of this unit is drastically cheaper than the one I bought . and it is the same exact unit. All in all, after it was all said and done after replacing the piston . The unit actually works very well and is very well built. Provided you get all of your parts in the delivery and nothing fails on it. it is a good product for the price ,especially this price. Keep in mind if the Pistons fail or anything or even the hydraulic motor . You can purchase replacements for very little. compared to the price of what you paid for the unit. The Sellers who sell these lifts , will send you replacement parts. but you will have to pay for shipping and it will take forever. Or you can just find the parts you need on Amazon that will directly replace the parts that fail on these . once the return period is up . they're not going to send you any free parts. but that's okay because the unit was so cheap anyways and you can get the replacement parts off Amazon easily . And there Probably better replacement parts anyway . But let me reiterate for the price of this with free shipping. it is a steal and it is a very good lift. Also side note if the hydraulic Pistons do fail. It is because the top of the hydraulic piston is threaded on like a screw. So if they do fail. you can repair them by having the top screwed back on the piston at a machine shop . where they can tap and thread four holes for bolt at just the right length . At 12, 3 ,6 and 9 o'clock evenly around . you could do this yourself if you know how. but don't try this if you have no idea what I'm talking about.
