From the start lights bend and break off had to buy replacements twice. Brakes get stuck and the handle brook on break gear. Bought in September of 2022 and it's no longer work at all. Shut in and off motor is failing and you can hear it grinding. Electrical problems all the way around.

Horn does not work. No instruction on how to make it work in any document that came with the scooter. Phone numbers and social media also does not work. Tools for lights too big. Also the nut is too tight and impossible to put in without power tools. I do not have power tools. Also it said it would be remote controlled they sent me 2 keys. No remote for this specific model, Keeping it for work but definitely if you can find something with the minimum amount of set up I would go that route. ... show more

Very good scooter!!! Just make sure you buy some j and b steel glue for the screws for theft purposes, kryptonite u lock for the front wheel and a bigger u lock for the back of the board.Just not water proof. Don’t leave it in the rain!!!
