This is an excellent printer for me. It's super simple, and doesn't have all the bells and whistles that I don't need. I just needed something to occasionally print shipping labels, and this works perfectly. I haven't tried the Bluetooth printing, only the USB connection since I only do shipping from my laptop, and that's simpler than Bluetooth any time. It's a cheap printer, so you aren't getting super high-end prints, but it does print very nicely for what you're paying for. I've ran a few hundred labels through it now, and with regular cleaning have had no issues whatsoever. It is also very compact, which is awesome because space in my shop is very limited. So when this isn't in use, it is boxed up and stored away; only takes about a minute to get it out and running. Very nice little printer. ... show more

    • Dead on Arrival
I took this out of the box and followed the instructions for setting it up which started out with plugging a couple of cables in then powering it on. I did that, but when I powered it on, nothing happened. The photos indicate that the chevron arrows on the top should have a bright blue border when the power is on but ... nothing happened. It's basically a black brick. I tried plugging it into more than one power strip (even though I knew the first one was fully functional as other things plugged into it were powered up) ... but nothing happened. Beyond disappointed as I am ready to start printing labels! I'm on the phone right now with Amazon customer support to see if they can accept a return even though I unfortunately opened the box after the 30 day return window had already passed. The CS agent advised me to always open and test electronics when I first receive them so that I can return them within the return window. I am hoping for an exception as this cost $69.99 plus tax = $76.03. ... show more

    • Great quality portable printer
When I received the printer, I could feel the weight of the printer inside the box. The printer itself weighs around four iPhones stacked together, and the size is around the size of a pretty thick compact book. I can hold it with one hand. I had a few prints for the past week, and it seems to be all working fine and able to do what it should. instructions and the apps are all pretty clear. if you want a small and compact label printer for your dorm or office, I would say that this is an okay pick. It couldn't do anything hard, such as auto print both sides, but it could do its job, print with normal speed, with decent results. The only drawback I could think of would be the need to purchase a special printing label sheet for this, but it is pretty common on Amazon. If you are trying to find a label printer for boxes or package, I would recommend this. ... show more

    • Frustrating Paper Jams
This printer jams almost every time I try to print more than a couple of pages. It doesn’t matter if I use regular paper or higher-quality sheets, the result is the same. Clearing the jam is messy and time-consuming, and sometimes the paper even tears inside. I expected something reliable for my home office, but this is just the opposite. I bought this 4x6 thermal printer. I tested it the night I received it. It is really easy to use. I downloaded their app on my phone, connected it to Bluetooth, and it can be used. The only drawback is that it needs to be plugged in to use. It cannot be charged, but I think their price is also very reasonable. I recommend you to buy it. Because I used to go to UPS to print shipping labels , but they would charge 1 dollar per label which felt a bit expensive, but now I can print it at home by myself, and I only need to buy paper in the future. ... show more
