So far, I'm really happy with this item. It's keeping the cat food fresh, and performing well. You really can pick it up from the lid like they said and the seal holds! I tried to put a 15 lb bag of cat food in it but it wouldn't hold all the kibble. I don't care tho, I'll buy smaller bags. I even like the appearance, it's a sleek design and doesn't look ghetto. I'm buying the smaller one as I type this review.

I've observed that most of the time, if I don't press down on the container while it's vacuuming (sitting on it), it won't seal properly. I appreciate its large size, which is bigger than most, though it's not without flaws—yet most are. It appears that the creators, designers, and engineers of these products often stop short of fully perfecting them, halting at step 7 out of 10, resulting in a product that falls short in one way or another. It seems they don't test their products thoroughly. If it were up to me, I'd distribute one to every employee and solicit their unadulterated feedback on their experience. Just a thought.

I happened across this animal vacuumed pack container. It is amazing. My cat loves his food even more, doesn't leave some as he used to. Just like our food, it gets stale. I bought another one. The vacuum lid is easily rechargeable. The only thing I would like as if they made a medium size container. The 7L is pretty big size. Thank you to the developers for thinking of our furry family members.

Unlike most of the options to store the pet food that just have a lid that seals the air in with the food, this actually sucks the air out of the container and allows the food to remain fresh.

This is an excellent, practical, and simple-to-use unit. It can be used for various dry and fresh products and ingredients, which naturally last longer if vacuum-sealed. I ordered it for cat food, but I felt pretty torn about it because it only holds so much dry cat food. For people who buy smaller quantities, it would be perfect. I buy larger (bulk-sized) bags because they are much more affordable. That means part of it gets vacuum-sealed, but the rest doesn't. That means I can seal more of another thing that's already easier to store and protect with what I'm already using, or I can store cat food in it. There were apparent upsides and downsides, regardless of what I chose to use it for. The item is bulky compared to what it holds. This will also factor into what you use it for depending on the kind of space you have to work with and where. It would be nice if they offered units in more shapes and sizes so we could also choose from more sizes and items that took up more vertical space than horizontal (or vice versa) space or more squared or rectangle in shape than round. I received this product in exchange for a review. The smaller unit was the only one available for review at the time, which, coupled with all my logistics and use scenarios, factored into it my experience and review. I would DEFINITELY spend the $5 extra dollars to get the 10L version instead of the 7, especially if you're using it for dry pet food. It's a good product and I'm glad I ordered it.
