Purchased the 12 cup in March. A few weeks later, the word “Ground” on the digital display disappeared. Recently, the word “Brew” disappeared. Obviously the display panel was faulty. I contacted Airsem customer service on August 8 and described the problem. They wrote back on August 9 and asked for a picture and/or video of the problem. I sent the information on August 9. On August 11, Airmsen informed me a new coffee maker will sent to my residence. On August 13, the new coffeemaker arrived. I commend Airmsen on their excellent customer service in resolving this issue. Thank you. ... show more

Just got my AIRMSEN 12-cup Programmable Dual Coffee Maker (model HR-CM307U). Super excited to use this because of the multiple options and accessories. When the machine arrived, I found it light weight and well packaged. The glass carafe was sturdy and the baskets for the grounds was easy to clean. The controls were easy to use and the overall look of the unit was sleek. The clock was super easy to set. The brewing was quiet and takes about as long as my nespresso machine to heat up the water, yet this makes larger cups. My coffee came out nice and hot. I made a single serve cup with grounds and I also tried using the k-cup. Both turned out fine and hot. I'm pretty happy with this machine. I will try the programmable feature soon and come back with an update. Update- I tried the programmable feature today and it worked well. It was also quiet. I did use a paper filter to enhance the flavor of my coffee which worked and the warmer kept the coffee hot. The only issue that comes to mind is the staining of the coffee basket which was white and is now a bit brown. I noticed that on the single serve basket too. I tried scrubbing but it's still stained. So far, so good with this coffee maker. Update August 11, 2026 - I've been using this coffee maker since November. Everything is still going well. The coffee tastes great and the carafe vs the single serve is still wonderful. I love the options because often times I'm just making a cup for me but sometimes others are enjoying the coffee with me. The machine still looks great and is quiet. Purchased in March 2026. After cleaning it monthly according to the manual - six months after purchase it leaks out the bottom and would not brew the last four cups of water. It would try, but the water would not come thru. Contacted manufacturer providing the model number, stating the issue provided the invoice and even submitted a serious of videos showing the issue and moaning the maker would make - its been two weeks and although I get a response it us from "technical" telling me to reclean it. I had cleaned it twice before reaching and a third time.for the video. The product advertises a 2 year warranty. A company that does not honor its warranty. A product that breaks down in six months. Love the look of the coffee pot. It makes a great cup of coffee. The one thing I dislike about the one cup option it is sooo slow! You can make a pot of coffee almost quicker. It’s just SLOW! But love the pot otherwise!

After I messed with it a little while it easy to figure out. Lol Pretty pot also! The instant beside the pot is because we used it before we got the pot. Hubby said it was easier but the single cup in the pot makes better coffee. Used the grounds haven’t used the k pods yet I have to buy some! I know it’ll be fine! Anyone have a preference as to a good coffee with the kpods? Anyway, so far so good! Love it! ... show more

Really thought I'd like this but sadly for the money I do not. You have to fill the single serve with the exact amount of water for your single cup which is a pain and ends up making a mess. The pot doesn't really allow you to pour a cup while the big pot is brewing. The clock won't keep time and it's brand new. I thought I was getting a nice coffee maker for a decent price but I should have spent a little more and got a better one. Very disappointed. ... show more

We've had the coffe maker for a few months and the brew button light went out about 3 weeks ago. Sometimes it lights up and sometimes not. Then it won't turn on till after about the 3rd time or more. Very frustrating. I'm dealing with it but I would never buy it again😪😪😪
