The oven does a great job cooking food, but the "user interface" is clunky and not at all enjoyable to use. It takes way too many button presses and knob spins to simply set the temperature and time, and it's easy to make a mistake and turn the oven off instead of starting the cooking process (same button does both). I don't even understand why the oven controls have an "off" mode, since you have to turn the controls on separate from the oven itself. It's ridiculous - especially when the timer expires and the controls turn off, and you can't use the light to see if your food is cooked or not without turning the controls back on again! I will keep using this for now, but if I had known how clunky the controls are, I would have picked up a different model. Someday I'll replace this with something that just works intuitively. NOTE - I gave "temperature control" three stars instead of one because at least you have nice granularity in controlling the temperature in 5 degree increments. Unfortunately that means a lot of "spinning the dial" to go from high to low, and if you spin the dial too fast it doesn't register.

This was a great purchase. It’s very sleek and stylish looking and I needed a small toaster oven and this one was a perfect fit. I’ve used it for a few days now and it works great. It’s really quiet, comes with lots of parts to use with the oven and the fact that it cooks in so many ways is extra bonus. This will work great with the rest of my stainless steel appliances once I remodel my kitchen. Would definitely recommend buying this toaster oven.

I searched and searched for a toaster oven that held more than 4 pieces of toast. This desciption said 2-8 pieces. It holds at the most 4. It is not easy to understand how to use it and it varies as to weather the unit is heated up. For instance, the first batch of toast takes longer than the next batch therefore you need to guess at how long to set the oven for. I would not buy this again and am disappointed the desciption was not accurated.
