This is actually our second one. It worked solid almost daily for 3 years and died this year. Our pool is one of those Coleman steel tube pools. When it died we decided to try a "more powerful" one. The bigger one just didn't work in our pool kept getting stuck on every small thing. Ordered another one these models instead and returned more powerful one. It is 100% doing it's job great. Cleans the bottom of our floor of our pool great. Great product for what it is, vacuums the floor great. Will just continue to buy these as the battery dies.

Look no further. This is your sign. Purchase it. It is amazing, and picks up the small particles at the bottom!! We have a sand filter that sometimes releases sand back into the pool and it sucked it right up. Super easy to clean, and charge. Box says it fully charges in 2-3 hours, but mine does in less than an hour! Best pool investment I could have made. Super easy to pull out with the hook it comes with. The suction works awesome as well.

The product worked flawlessly the first two times—great performance and exactly what I needed. However, after that, it stopped recharging completely. If you're looking for something that works once or twice and then becomes unusable, this might fit the bill. But if you need a product that lasts and offers consistent reliability, I’d recommend exploring other options. Unfortunately, this felt like a waste of money.

Works pretty well. Runs about 90 minutes. Took off a star because one of the wheels fell off within 30 minutes. The split axle was broken and slid out thus losing the wheel. Used an axle from one of the spare wheels instead of removing and replacing the whole wheel assembly. Also, something must not have been put together well the first time I used it (besides the wheel) as it dropped quite a bit of debris when pulling it out of the water. After cleaning and putting it back together this has not happened again. Note: the brushes are NOT spares, they are to be installed. Odd.

Purchased this June 14, I'm writing this on Sept 11. It's great, highly recommend. I'm normally hesitant to purchase a refurb of any product, but figured for the price and with the length of the warranty, it was worth a shot. It's a roomba for your pool and if you have an older roomba like I do, you know what you're getting. Is it going to leave your pool completely spotless? No, but it's really good and totally beats doing it yourself. I still vacuum the pool myself every 2-weeks or so, I use this 2-3 times a week - because it's that easy and convenient. It doesn't seem to follow any sort of pattern or grid, it's movements seem to be pretty random. It's dead silent and it picks up leaves, twigs, etc. It couldn't be easier to clean either. One small demerit - mine doesn't return to the spot I dropped it in when it's done, which I think the instructions claim it will. Not a big deal. Also - Shortly after I placed my order, I received a note letting me know the color I chose was not in stock, they wanted to know if another color was OK. I couldn't care less what color the vacuum is - the replacement one actually arrived faster than promised on the original order. Pretty awesome. It comes with a bunch of replacement parts (brushes, wheels, not sure what else) and a hook to pull it out of the water. Only room for improvement would be give it some shark teeth or googly eyes. This thing makes me so happy my kids makes fun of me for it.

The media could not be loaded. Cheap! You get what you pay for. Easily gets stuck. Plan on being in the pool with it to give it a bump to get it moving again. I estimate it stops moving once every 5 minutes. Only propulsion is the wash from the vacuum. Wheels do not have any propulsion. So if you have a tiny wrinkle, or divot, chances are it'll get stuck on that. It has no cleaning path whatsoever. Just bounces around. (Like a first generation Roomba). Sometimes it moves so fast, it'll blow right through debris and stir it up without picking it up. Now it does cover the same areas multiple times, so it'll probably get it the 3rd-4th-5th-6th--or more times passing by. Would I recommend this to a friend? NO. There's a reason these are cheap, and the next level ones are a few hundred dollars more.

Worth the money. Happy with my purchase. Did a great job cleaning the pool. Not perfect but still very happy. Cleans easy charges easy able to retrieve from pool with hook they provide. You just need to put it on a pole.i only hope they have great customer service n replacement if it needs. Some reviews commented on that. So far if it last n continues to work. This is an awesome find n great price. It did get stuck a few times. I gave it a nudge n it moved on beautifully.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Absolutely trash. Clamps have broken off and while it does a decent job at vacuuming, when you retrieve it from the pool it dumps EVERYTHING back into the water. WASTE OF MONEY UPDATE: AIPER made it RIGHT! I now have the Scuba robo vac and it works GREAT. No debris falls out and it has a 2 hr 10 min run time.
