I probably gave this about two weeks and I gave up. I cannot get it to work. Nothing pops up and when it does it goes away. I’ve tried formatting it but I have a brand new computer that I just purchased and this is also a brand new product. I’m in the process of returning it. I do not recommend it. I will look for a different brand under 3 TB for the price of $100. I do not recommend . Also, they’re charging me one dollar to go to the same Amazon store but if I return it a different way it’s free but I would have to drive one hour away which is dumb. Why charge me for a dollar for the place I always drop off all lol ... show more
