This may be one of the best phone cradles I have gotten for my vehicle. Last year I got a 2022 Nissan Kicks SV. I normally prefer the vent clip model because it is easier to reach. I'm short so that can be a challenge. The center vents in this vehicle are recessed which makes some of the closer fit vent holders impossible to use. Additionally, I use a Loopy brand case that has a finger loop on the back. It is similar to a Pop Socket in profile and position on the case. From a functional point of view, I cannot use many holders if the cradle goes very far up the back. Plus, my phone is a Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra which is one of the larger models. The way this cradle is designed, none of those things are a problem. The cradle comes in two pieces: the clip and the cradle. The clip attaches to the slat on the vent. It protrudes out around 3cm (just over one inch) from the vent. The clip part his stabilizers to maintain its position. It has a ball that the cradle mounts on. The connecter is about 1.5 cm (just over half an inch) deep. This combo provides enough protrusion to clear the display on the center console. The coolest thing is that upon inserting the phone, the arms that grab the sides of the phone scissor up and the base scissors down. This leaves ample space for the loop. It grasps the phone firmly enough to keep it stable and releases easily when removing the phone. The side arms sit below the volume and power/Bixby buttons. There is a gap at the bottom for the cord to go through. This holder is well worth the money and very much exceeded my wish list. #recessedvent #Loopy #Popsocket ... show more

This phone mount has a lot of great features and points of adjustment so that it can fit a wide range of car vents, phones, and positions relative to the driver or passenger. I especially like the X shaped tension drop-in lock that springs open and holds the phone securely at the bottom and sides. Also the back profile is thin and low, so it accommodates phones that have thick cases or a socket phone holder/stand already attached on the back. I also appreciate the ability to change the tilt and orientation of the mount and phone quickly. My only downside is that after almost daily, heavy use for over two years the stem just broke off and I had to replace it. I picked the same product as a replacement because it is a great value for the price even if it only lasts two years. I bought another for my family member who also loves it. ... show more

Easy to install. Once you realize what needs to be hand tightened. The mount piece is just big enough for a 2017 Ford SuperDuty/F-250 and similar vents. BUT this phone holder really doesn’t like the bigger, heavier phones. It wants to droop and bounce around so you have to tighten the two adjustments enough to hold the phone but not so much that the plastic pops. I have an iPhone 14 Max Pro. I like the ease of the Mount but wish it was just a bit stronger. It holds the next size down phones just fine and and iPhone SE perfectly. ... show more

This by far the best holder I have ever had. Its so easy to use. I have and iphone eleven with a protective case on it. it fit perfectly. once you get it mounted all you have to do is basically let your phone drop into it. It locks onto the phone right away, pick up on your phone and it releases it. Great little invention. Locks onto your car vent pretty easily just follow the directions. I did see only one possible weak spot. The locking nut for the ball end that lets you change angles needs to lock a little harder. That may just be me being picky.
