I liked it because it didn’t seem as “chemical-ish” as some of the other products out there, which I worry about, with any product, both for the protection of the softub liner and the safety of the users of the tub after rinse/empty/re-fill. Works great! I pulled my filters just as the package says. Poured the packet into the hot tub and turned on the jets to high. The foam started, looking more like a kids bubble bath with each moment. Let it work its magic for fifteen minutes then came back to look. A build up of oil and bio film had been lifted and removed from the pipes. After draining and a good wipe down, the inside looked new with any trace of scum removed. I will be using this after each winter, where you can’t do normal water changes from now one to keep the water cleaner longer.

Have used another product to flush 2 months ago but tub still had slight funky smell. After cleaning with last product it looked clean with no gunk. Thought I would try this stuff. Omg!! How gross. Other cleaning products didn’t get this stuff out. Will use again.

Bought a home with a jetted tub. The previous owners likely didn’t use or maintain the tub… and though I cleaned it regularly, it wasn’t until I used this stuff that I was fully sold on replacing the jacuzzi tub— 3 applications of this stuff later and gunk is still coming out. 🤮🤮🤮
