This product came in two boxes which both had tracking numbers listed in the Amazon app, which was great. Flame is beautiful and can change color. Product went together within 1-2 hrs and all pieces were there and undamaged. It gives good heat and has a 30 sec shut off so when heat it turned off air blows out for 30 sec before the whole thing turns off. One thing I don’t like is how loud the beeping is when you are changing the features or turning on/off the fireplace. I wasn’t able to find a volume control which is unfortunate.
