This telephone headset is amazing! I just recently started taking calls for my an at-home customer service job and previously I was using a Plantronics set. The first set I had all I could hear is humming and buzzing and at random times loud noises would come into the headset. Customers would complain about the sound quality, and I had to strain to hear them. After calling the company they told me the set was defective so I ordered another one, received it and same issues within a few days of just using it. After two failures of headsets from Plantronics I said screw this! While browsing through amazon I came across this set, hesitated a bit but then clicked order and crossed my fingers that I wouldn't have the same issues as I did with Plantronics. Well I have been using this set for three days now and it is amazing!!! I can hear the customers, they can hear me loudly and clearly. I can even hear dogs barking in the background of calls. I wish I would have found this set earlier and not have wasted my time with Plantronics. This set was easy to install. Just plug in the line for the headset and the other one to my modem for the line I use to receive calls. Very easy. I do wish there was a better way to control the volume but It is no big deal.

This product is cheap and works much better than the Plantronics that I tried. After weeks of headaches of trying to find the right phone and headset for a work at home job, I found out that I either need to buy a phone with a built-in amplifier to work with the headsets or buy a headset and an external amplifier (which is too expensive because amplifier are at least $100). If you use Headsets with no amplifier, then you will have very low sound quality. I tried Plantronics S12, Plantronics H141N, and Executive Pro Chattaway, the sound quality was very bad. I was hesitated to give this phone a try because I was thinking low price = low quality, NOT. This phone works great so far. Sound quality is excellent. However, the headset is alright. Not as comfy as the Plantronics H141N or the S12. Also, I gave it a 4 stars bc I ordered a white phone with pink buttons as pictured, but they sent me a white phone with white phone buttons and pink letters.

I have had this for a couple months now and just started using it about 3 weeks ago. I work at a call center remotely and was previously using software to take calls through computer. This was great when I was working in office, but working remotely with our new system, the software had too many issues. I switched to this on a landline so that I would have clearer, more distinct calls for my customers. It works yes, but it has some drawbacks. My largest complaint is that the audio is VERY quite, even at it's loudest setting I can barely hear the customers oftentimes and I find myself pushing the headphone to my ear to hear better (I am 20 years old and not even close to being hard of hearing). Even doing so, I have to concentrate to make out what they are saying. This issue alone will cause me to not recommend this phone to someone, especially someone who takes call center calls. As an agent you understand hearing the information correctly is ESSENTIAL. Of course, another headset would probably remedy the situation but I am unsure because the sound is controlled by the phone itself. Secondly, turn that ringer OFF! It is the LOUDEST ringer even when it is on low. It will still ring through your headset when it's off, so not a huge deal, but I wish I could keep it on without it giving me a heart attack. It also glitches out sometimes, it will NOT allow you to answer. I thought at first maybe our system wasn't working with it, but even when I called the phone directly, the answer button did not work at all. I find the only way to remedy the situation is to unplug the phone completely and plug it back in. Also, the overall cheapness. The band that sits on your head gets stuck and wont expand, it doesnt seem like it is made out of the best material and the side band that rests above your ear constantly rotates as I speak and wraps itself in my hair. Again, a new headset would probably fix this but I find with the other issues, I don't think it is worth it. The one thing I love above this is how well it blocks out background noise, if that mic isnt right ON your lips, customers will not be able to hear you which says great things about the noise cancellation. All in all, it's alright, but I think I will look into plantronics brand instead, I dont feel I will get much more use out of this.

The phone is priced perfect for what you get. The screen lights up. It's loud and has nice big numbers. The call back redial feature took some getting use to but that was probably because I didn't read the manual. You have to scroll the callers list then hit redial to call back the last people who called you. This thing is sturdy, the cord on the headset is never going to break like my plantronics which i had to replace all the time because the wires were flimsy. The telephone plug goes right into my telephone plug right into the gateway (router) or into the wall. There is no ac adapter required which is a major bonus for me because I am low on plug space. The only thing I don't like is ear piercing ringer. I have it off all the time and just look at LCD screen for calls coming in. If you have the ringer on prepare to jump out of your seat. Even on low your going hit the ceiling when it rings. It's worth every penny even with the ringer being loud. When this one croaks i'm going to get another one.
